Xiang Liu was born to be a fighter. He survived all peoples’ bullies and hated due to his 9 head demon race. It made him strong and loyal to his savior, Hong Jiang. He experienced motherly love and human love. Love gave him a new perspective. He happily gave someone(Xiao Yao)a restraint love and unconditional care. He would be with her in a second if it wouldn’t likely turn into a tragedy similar to Xiao Yao’s parents story. He knew that Xiao Yao would be torn between the love for her motherland and a rebellion liked him. He was everything she stood against. But, they also bound by sharing life experiences and the understanding mindset of each other flaws. Xiang Liu was rational, honorable and determined to be an example leader. He was willing to be in a battlefield and honor his troops by fighting side by side until his death. He is a rare kind of selfless and sacrifice for things or people who he loved and believed in.

His love was sacrificed without any return. I watched the series for him and only watched his scenes. His eyes are expressive. He is the only hero who felt his love for the heroine I didn't wish him dead. What bothered me most was that after his death, his heroine married and was not worthy of his love and sacrifices

An amazingly pure hearted man who loved n cared for his beloved to the core and did so much and sacrificed for her happiness. Though demon by nature he was no less than any top diety and surpassed them with his crystal clear charecter and pure mind n heart owing nothing to anyone.❤❤❤❤❤❤
