As someone who’s a artist that works with clay, I LOVE THE ART-STYLE of this game! It’s so unique.
Yeah wish they would do more with the claymation's stuff like epic yarn but still look great

This game has the most under appreciated soundtracks throughout the whole series imo. The songs in this game are as smooth as the clay art style.
I only remember three songs, the first level one, the boss one and the rocket one, all of them are bangers
fun fact: in the kirby novels, Claycia is in fact a bit of a bitch to Meta knight. Whenever he asks Claycia about her artworks, Claycia just acts so harsh and nasty to him for no reason, it's kinda funny.

Same for me i tried it in a store 2015 but i find it much better to play with the Gamepad then in the TV screen.
Between Failboat playing Canvas Curse and you playing Rainbow Curse, the more obscure Kirby games are really getting some love lately! And i couldn't be happier about it.

The music in this sequence is so much more epic than it needs to be. And I played enough of the game to know that the music playing is the music for the sequence. Great stuff.

my brother and I played this game (for the most part) by both playing as bandana dees and turning the game into an escort mission where the carried, threw, and traded off moving kirby around. It's more efficient than the rainbows.

I mean... Failboat did play Canvas Curse, and many people remember Drawcia from it, so I don't think it's that unknown.

Kirby and the Rainbow Curse was my first ever Kirby game which was surprisingly a great game, I had lots of fun playing it and obviously the Tank section was my favorite part if the game. Bosses are also amazingly done, they are the exact level of difficulty that makes it not too hard but not too easy either.
Very nice! This may be one of the few Kirby games I've actually never played. It is a shame this never got a Switch port like most other Wii U games. I really like the clay aesthetic! It looks incredibly charming! I hope Vern plays other obscure Kirby games like Kirby's Block Ball and Kirby Mass Attack.
There's really no way to port this to the switch since it's all touch screen controls
My friend has this game, but he has never, and I mean NEVER touched it. I always ask him if I can have it, but he always says no. I go crazy whenever I see something related to this game.

This was my very first kirby game shortly after it came out and sure it didn't have what got me invested in the series, it was a great adventure with one of my favorite full game soundtracks in the whole franchise.

Here’s some you might not know: the game actually runs at 60FPS, but certain things (specifically the animations of most characters) move somewhat slower than the game itself. This was done in order to achieve the feeling of claymation.
