Daigo uses a "Hitbox" for Guile. It's essentially replacing the joystick with directional buttons. He can both hold back and press forward at the same time. Essentially, he'll hold back and when he press forward, Guile will still move. It's why you'll see from time to time, he'll do some weird shenanigans where he'll dash forward into a Flash Kick. On a Joystick, that would normally be impossible because as soon as you dash forward, you lose your charge. But before someone says that cheating: Actually no. On a keyboard and mouse, you can do that. You can also do that with a standard controller by using both the D-Pad and the left joystick.
@@FessyDKnight you can do it on stick it's just not a frame perfect walk forward. Like you can do Urien's microwalk combos on a stick and those are super tight
