Oh Chetna. What an accomplishment. Every food item was absolutely amazing to look at. Nevermind the aromas and taste. Those people have been fed like Royalty. The colours of all the dishes were also so beautiful. You worked very hard. I am so impressed. 👍♥️

Loved, loved, LOVED this video. So jealous of everyone lucky enough to enjoy that meal!
Make the entire menu. Please. Chetna my mouth watered throughout the video. Mango dhal! The tharka had me wanting to climb through the screen. A tharka Chetna, a tharka. Imagine how it was for me throughout. But, hold the pomegranates, please. Unless there's a way to avoid the seed/pip etc. Now, this Malaysian curry you had, tell me about that. I'd want to know how the rest of the world makes Malay curry. And compare it to how we make it. love, love, love your supper club. I hope people bought your book.
It must be really hard scaling up to such an extent - all the timings are off, the "feel" of stirring (so important for judging textures) completely different, and how to scale up ingredients you don't normally measure (those oh-so-crucial pinches and dashes!). Going by the faces of the guests you succeeded!
