I love your videos in general and I am glad that you have included this extremely straight forward tutorial for a skill that is still pretty niche.
One thing I would recommend for you since you do this so often is getting some legit sashiko needles. I did my first few projects with needles like yours, and switching to the specialty needles has saved me so much time per project. They are sharper, stronger, and I can easily stack 7 stitches on the needle while keeping everything straight.
