Merril is focused on getting after it, looking foward to the day ahead and doing whatever he can to help his team get a W & then doing it again the next day. Really unselfish. I’m proud to be a Padres fan, Merril & this team has continued to be really fun to watch. Gonna be a crazy finish to the season. When it’s all set & done I hope the Padres are holding up The Commissioner Trophy.

So grateful they finally got a day off yesterday. 18 games in 18 days, yet not a peep of complaining from these wonderful gentlemen.
