It starts at 2:51 . Basically just hold the power button and volume up button(button closest to the power) and swipe when the prompt comes up. Hold power button to turn it on. Video lists a longer process but it’s not needed. I’m using an iPad Pro 11 2018.

The video is good. but after watching you press three different buttons to turn it off, I had to do more research. It’s a lot simpler if you go to settings, general, shut down. To me that seems like the safer way to shut it down, but i could be wrong. Thanks for the tip.
