- Lee Soo-man, founder of SM Entertainment and former executive producer, owns a lot of real estate in the United States, especially in Los Angeles.

There’s actually mansions in Beverly Hills in flat land called “The Flats” and they are the most sought after properties because although they don’t have views, homeowners in the flats like the convenience of being walking distance or a short drive to the Beverly Hills Hotel and Rodeo Drive. The mansions on the hill are in the area called “Trousdale Estates” but the difference is all the houses there are only one-storey plus the basement but they also cost a fortune like the houses in the flats since it is on Beverly Hills proper and has the world famous 90210 zip code.
