these are awesome recommendations helly... I have started reading "the hen who dreamed she could fly" and I am loving it so much!!!! helly, please do book recommendation videos on korean, japanese literature. they are really awesome!
you don't have to read a lot of books perhaps one book per week will suffice or you can read it over a period of 10 days. reading will help you collect word so just don't consider it out of option. next thing you might be doing to improve your speaking skill is watching English content. i suggest you to watch dramas which focuses on speach and dialogues rather than action. so go for things like Boston legal and friends then lastly you've to practice. speak speak speak. don't be afraid of making mistake, that's how you improve. if people are pointing your mistakes out then consider yourself lucky for having guidance. speak in front of the mirror and talk to yourself too while free. read grammars and mainly focus on tenses and parts of speech not entire grammar book
Listening and imitating others who can speak well is the only solution that worked for me. Perhaps, it might work for you too. The way I did it was by watching some Hollywood movies and then trying to deliver the dialogues myself.
