Not sure what you are saying .... but.... after a while the tile floors loose their luster. You can buy a 'shiner' for them. I think I did a video doing that. I remember I thought my floors were clean .... but dull.....would look for you but getting ready to go on a road trip....hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving.....and thank you for watching...
Brand new out of the box. Read all the directions. Added distilled water per instructions. Plugged it in. I got seam for less than a minute and it stopped producing seam. Went through all the “trouble shooting” section of the manual. Still nothing. Went on UA-cam for guidance. No useful guidance. Have read quite a few reviews all having the same problem. Don’t waste your money.
You have to make sure that the water is at the bottom ... which is a little bit of a problem if you are using the hand-held attachment. I am still using mine ..... sometimes you just get a lemon. I have gotten a lot of lemons in my life !!!! I have to STOP buying stuff that is advertised on FaceBook !!!

Sorry to hear that. Mine is still OK ..... but for Christmas I asked for, and got, a hand held steam cleaner. I just do not like the hand held part of this steamer ..... but it does do a good job on my tile floors. Thank you for watching and leaving a comment !!!! Annie Lou

I bought one of these a few months ago and it started leaking profusely. Is there a way to stop the leaking?

The small area that holds the handle from bending broke. Now the latch will not hold. Bad engineering!
