This is why Shinee is still relevant because they were way ahead of their time.. never followed trends, actually created them.. Sherlock was and is not a typical kpop song..for me it sounds more like a musical at Broadway.. such good they were and still are. Nowadays I don’t see any kpop group being such creative as they were. They are trying hard but it always seems like copy and paste.. or can you show me one performance which probably will still be watched with excitement and astonishment in 10 years like Shinee‘s performances. And I am not talking about popularity, views or sold albums but creating timeless quality music. And .. it doesn’t matter which performance my eyes would always follow Taemin..(and Minho).. his precision and elegant execution of every move is fascinating..
Don't forget the other supporting star...the toilet paper. This is what I miss in the over done "dance practices" today. They are not practice, but fine tuned performances. You miss the organic of the raw practice, learning steps and having moments of seeing the interpretation from choreography and the personalities of each member doing a similar step...but in their own way.
The cloud background, the toilet paper AND in some cases a plastic cup as floor marker... Taemin running out of floor space but using the wall to flawlessly execute the choreo... No fancy camera work or flashy outfits or even edits (wobbly parts included). This is true, classic practice video. And just true Shinee talent and concert-level energy and professionalism. 💎💎💎💎💎

Actually, Taemin (Blue Jacket) is the suspect in this choreography. If you look closely, Taemin makes a lot of moves that scatter the members. There are many scenes where only Taemin hides his hands, and it is strange that he is the only one wearing a jacket. In addition to this, there is also a scene where Key (yellow pants) points to Jonghyun (adidas pants) and Taemin, and the song has the lyrics, “The culprit is in here.” The criminal that Sherlock (members excluding Taemin) were looking for is Taemin, and Taemin's first solo debut song name is "괴도 (danger)" which means "phantom Thie". For this song, I recommend watching the lyrics and choreography together. There are too many meanings and interpretations.
