Kevin you may not be even paying attention to these comment but thanks a lot this was extremely helpful and youre a very good teacher, wish you had more videos
Hey kevin! thanks for your help; however, there is an error i thought i should bring it to your attention. when you were computing the stdev, on the first row of (xi-xbar), the difference is -5.5 instead of -7.5.
Sir what is the reason of taking n-1 in calcation of SD in thr denominator....why we are not taking n in the denomitor ? We had sum up squares of 8 value, then why is there n-1 in formula ??
Hi Kushagra if you consider this as sample data, which means taking the sample from a big volume then we use N-1 or else if you consider this as a whole set of complete data you can use only N
Am I right? did you do a mistake in your calculation maybe? please correct me if I am wrong? 68+72+77+84+83+71+65+71=(590)/ 8=73.75 the mean, sum 590, s 6.92, n 8, Med 71.5 Am I right please Kevin let me know I have an exam tomorrow thanks a lot ....

Hey Kevin I want to just alert you that your first number for temperature is a 66.* Not 68! You used the exact same numbers by the way for your covariance and correlation coefficient example video.
why is this video so underrated, you are the best

Awesome video! Thank you Kevin
hi. i dont get why must it be divided by n-1 insread of n ? what does subtracting with 1 accounts for?
Thnks u make me understand better

you cooked
nice video
you re awesome man
I totally
get it
the sum is 590 NOT 588??

Why are there so many arithmetic mistakes!?
1) The sum of temp is 590 not 588, affecting the mean and all the calcuations.
2) 68-73.5 also isn't -7.5.
@Navdeep Kaur right
your x bar for is not correct you wrote 73.5 instead of 73.75
please, 68 - 73.5 = -5.5 not -7.5 thanks
