They're not happily married, they're overacting which is clearly visible no need to be that dumb. He definitely married her because he knows he's old and afraid he'll end up being alone, first. Second is Alia bhatt was good, she was confident and never settled for less, it was never like she became unable to express her emotions, but now she is. People are not always blind, when they see something wrong they say it. Needless to it, this is clear that Alia have lost her bubbly nature now, her real personality now.
People unnecessarily hate them, if we keep aside the prejudice that how alia chased him or ranbir's breakup then we can see they are just two fine people who are comfortable together and make a nice couple.
