I've been vegan for forty years, celibate for eighteen years, teetotal for fifteen years and a non smoker. I run, swim, lift heavy weights and cycle - I'm 62 and have had many mindblowing spiritual experiences. I do not own a teLIEvision or radio and am not interested in the news - (mind control). I love my own company and read a lot, but I love to be in nature and with animals.

Semen retention in a nutshell :
Energy build up in the root, close lower door and the energy have no choice but up.
Meditation and cold showers really help with directing the energy up. It helps a lot
I went thru Menopause 9 years ago and lost all sexual desire and have now been celebate for 6 yrs. @@adamludwig6013 in fact there are several types of samadhi experiences ,My experience was something like out of body .Every nerves of body got excited like running high voltage electricity through it and Breathless state for a short time ,while i experienced out of body

In the path of Bhakti Yoga, One thing to tell you is that celibacy is still considered Celibacy when one ONLY has sexual intercourse with his wife. For unmarried ppl tho, sex is NOT allowed...that is a Fact.
If one has the sexual urge he must go from Bramacharya Ashram to Grihasta ashram. Where he marries and keep his spiritual journey of devotion to God still moving forward..and at the same time he slowly grows out of sex desire over time with his wife who helps him in devotional practices
. It speaks of this in the Bhagavad Gita As It Is -Srila Prabhupada....and also in the Patanjali Yoga Sutras - Swami Satcidananda👍🏾
If you want God realization all forms of sexuality must be stopped. I have a sex drive that is incredibly high but I also have an immense desire to reach the enlightened state and that desire outweighs my sexual appetite even at its most intense feeling. I have been celibate for a few months now and my kundalini is increasing in its upward spiralling motion and expanding out massively which in turn is creating better health and extreme levels of bliss better than any drug or orgasm. My concentration is improving as is my spiritual practice. I shall remain celibate and I shall reach liberation in this life. The wheel of karma and the allure of Maya is coming to an end for me. It’s been around 2 weeks for me and I feel like it powerfully builds your willpower as well, which in result pours into your ability to focus in daily life. Not gonna say it’s the easiest thing in the world lol, but moving through the urge does something to you where you just trust in yourself/your abilities a lot more - along with feeling so in tune with energies universally.

In my opinion the sexual energy raise our vibration. In combination with feelings of love and gratitude we become very powerful and can heal the physical body quicker and even manifest a positive reality much faster.
Releasing sexual energy with guilt and shame is the worst thing you can do. And if you become addicted to this it will hinder or prolong spiritual growth because your feeding your ego and hiding your true divine self.
Nofap is the bi product of meditation. One needn't practice it from the word go. Instead meditate. It happens on its own effortlessly. This is my experience. Am on day 150 nofap. I didnt do it at all but witnessing it happen.

I’ve been doing no fap since 2016 and would agree celibacy is the ultimate power and also avoiding instant gratification, dopamine producing behaviours altogether. However, since having a kundalini awakening and learning about the energy I have learned to orgasm without releasing semen. This is the ultimate balance, sex then brings about harmony and a beautiful energy between each other which I believe is the ultimate. Celibacy doesn’t seem feasible in my life, unfortunately?

Nicole Fontana that’s a broad question and without diving deeper I’d have to give a broad answer! From my experience if something is blocked at the heart then there’s something your actively doing that stops it- some conscious action. For me I notice my heart close when it comes down to control - I’d be happy to dive deeper on some one-to- one calls if that’s something you’re interested in

Look into "the christ oil." Or "sacred secretion" it happens once a month, it won't go all the way up if you aren't maintaining a diet, you body is alkaline and you abstain from certain things the 3 days the moon is in your birth sign.

Wish I had known this 30 years ago😒. The last 20 years I have been Living in celebacy, but about once a month , for 3-5 evenings and nights, I get the most horrible ‘electricy pain’ in my legs shooting up my body and arms,.... like ekstremly strong RSL (restless legs). What is the reason for this? Could it be a Big energy block or what? I have ben doing chackra cleanses in my meditation but it doesent help. What do you think?.🙏🏽💙

I suffer a LOT from restless legs syndrom, sometimes in my whole body, especially my rootchakra. Could the cause be blockings in the chakras?

I have head pressure that has no medical reason, it didn't go away for 8 months even if I ejaculated...
Do you have any advice apart from grounding in nature because I've tried that and many many other things...
someone111 head pressure sounds like agya chakra opening. I would advise you go and find somebody who can teach you to some yogic sadhana. Hope this helps :)

The pressure is not only in the middle of the forhead it's all over the head mainly in the third eye but also spreading to the top of the head. It's really hard to live with that
@someone111 pains are a part of ur crown opening up and aloowing universal energies entering you.. so while there's not much u can do about it, you can join gym and start weights and cardio.. Having muscle soreness all over the body is better than at specific points of your skull! #tc
I had the same problem but in female’s version, when I was just about to reach orgasm incredible pain was occurring, I felt like my head would crack in halves and I literally cried with pain. Very uncomfortable situation for my partner. It put off the my sex life until I’ve started yoga. Yoga helped me beyond expectations.
I got forehead since 2 months after breakup, and cant go away with it, constantly pain, expect if i am doing something "i forget it" .. did it stop for you, how did u heal? .. thanks!

Great video. There is a method to have sex without releasing, fellas practice kegels and when you have sex and feel like your about to release use the muscles to stop. You’ll fail a few times but with practice you’ll get better.
Sexual energy is simply the same as life force, creative energy, happiness and love all together. The urge to have sex is a primal instinct which creates in every aspect. I don't think that has so much to do with spirituality or being more spiritual. It can also get you into spiritual shifts by feeling sensations. But you makes you in many ways also high energetic. It's just kind of stupid to put it or separate it from us. We are also spiritual when we are lusty cause we are always both. We are divine beings having a human life as others decided for other living forms. This kind of tendency to get addicted to sex relates more to the urge to feel connected and loved. It's a pleasure mentality. What is learnt. People who have an addiction have mainly problems with their emotional maturity and being emotional unavailable. All is pretty much linked to what we once learnt with all kinds of painful experiences. Kundalini awakening is also triggered by sexual energy so all is one thing. But sexual energy doesn't mean immidiatly you having sex with others. It's weird how we became so disconnected to our nature and what kind of stupid ideas human kind have anyway about life.

In my experience it’s the actual kriyas like spinal breathing with the mudras and bandhas that transforms the semen into harnessable energy for spiritual growth. So I don’t mind what we call it, no fap.. semen retention. I’m happy with both
