It's eye opening reminder, some people don't even care about others feeling may ALLAH give hidayah to us and also give you strength and Jaja-E-Khair for doing such agreat job.
That may or maynot be true ..but a person should not make dua against someone who hurted them by words..Allah knows the intentions of the people and Allah judges the intentions..we should be careful with our words but Allah also judges what's inside the heart,you can't see it..maybe the person screaming and shouting also regrets and is working on himself to restrain his anger or maybe the person who is silent is a double faced person,who thinks he is perfect and can't make mistakes.. oppression is a different topic..now if someone who wants discipline in the work place can't be labelled as an oppressive person...and one shouldn't justify hasad in any case..if you can't ask Allah to forgive them or guide them,then alteast don't wish bad for them..there is a difference between dislike and hate..there are times when we hurt others as well so we should always keep in mind that nobody is perfect..and we should also ask Allah to replace the hurt with something good for us and try our best to follow the example of Prophet peace be upon Him..now if Allah wills to hurt them back,it's His choice..
