growing up. Raven had such an influence on me. Her comedy, style, remarks, antics. I respect and love her for this role. As a young black kid, male or female, we looked up to Christina (Aka Raven Baxter)

I noticed that Cory’s crush on Chelsea was suddenly dropped after the first season with no explanation. I found Chelsea’s consistent annoyance with Cory’s affection for her to be hilarious.
They randomly made Chelsea dumber than a bag of bricks after that season as well.

The only thing that jarred was how much their real-time ages didn’t match the characters’ own/s but all-in-all that was a minor. It was most pronounced in season 4 and that season was garbage anyway. At that point they might as well have all been 40-year-olds playing 17/18-year-olds. It was just unwatchable full-stop. I still feel funny whenever I hear “Donna Cabona.”

Y'all have NO IDEA how much the brazilian voice actor for Raven did an absolute perfect job!!! It's my first time watching bits of the show in english and I am amazed because she sounds just as I remember, the exact same thing but in english of course lol.
