The English school system does not guarantee a job. Employers must still train people on the job. That's why apprenticeship in America, getting paid training under a licensed professional is more productive and efficient. USA struggles to get out of debt by English style universities, created by people who love paper degrees to hang on the wall. While giving honorary degrees to celebrities who didn't attend classes but built their careers through freedom of opportunities afforded to them in the open job market.
Say whatever you want about him but when you listen to him you'll always feel that positive Vibe that he produces which is not a cup of tea for everyone
