Can you imagine being told, “Ok, kids. This week you’re going to sing, tap dance, play saxophone and one of these Dixieland instruments? Learn it all and do it perfectly? Their talent and work ethic was unparalleled.
Simply amazing from the very start. I'm very glad to have been young and have grown up with them and their wonderful influence they had over there fans. Love to All of you. Missing you Wayne....
Wow!!! What couldn't the Osmonds do??? It's a shame these performances have not been released on CD or video I know there's a market out there for this so are you listening Donny??? Give the people what they want!😊
How? At that age, I was lucky to walk and chew gum at the same time. Your performances still bring me to tears remembering such a wonderful time. Thank you and much love.
You are so right. How many musicians can pick things up so fast, like in a week, play so many instruments, write music, produce, acting, the lust goes on.
I had no idea the Osmonds were working since the 60s. I remember they were a huge thing in the 70s. God love them you could see the amount of work that went into that routine alone. Hard working boys.
pure and utter joy to watch this family. here from the start ish, to their later performances when they were/are much older men. a tribute to their parents and a shining example of how families should/could be. been in love with the osmonds ever since i was a young un, and still am to this day. seen them all perform and they were just as terrific in their later years as they were in this delightful video. they must have spent hours upon hours upon hours practicing. their synchronicity is awesome, as some of the other comments have reasoned: what were you doing at age six? certainly i could only wish i was doing such wonderful tings. and what a legacy of love they've left for the whole world to enjoy. who could ask for anything better than that? thanks for posting, love and peace to you and all, xxxxxxx
When I went to Alan Osmond book signing for his book Alan Osmond One Way Ticket, I asked him when they first appeared on the Andy William’s. He said it was 1962. That was the year I was born. That explained why I never say the show. Thanks for sharing these videos from the Andy Williams show. Alan’s book was awesome. Everyone needs to read it. I loved it.
Wow, what talent they all have. It just amazes me the physical endurance little Donny had to be able to do that and never missed a beat. There's just no one else like the Osmond's!!! I've been a fan since 1962.
MY GOODNESS!!! I did not realize JUST how TALENTED the Osmonds are/were. That tap dance was amazing and really perfect in every way! Also..did not know they could play a variety of instuments. We are all so programed to view them as a pop bubble gum band NOT SO!!!!!!!!
Hi Sharon Green I like you You are my Friend I got my Second vacancies Cov 19 I hope It’s gone I don’t like My Teachers in School Mrs Esmeralda she call me Trouble maker I like a The Osmonds You can Have Wayne I can Have Alan It’s okay with you ?
This is the most talented family I have ever seen in my life! These boys were Pros from a very early age! I can't even imagine the hours that it took to learn this amazing routine!
When they were regulars on the Andy Williams Show, they were known as the One-Take Osmonds. And they would frequently be asked "Can you guys play the banjo?" or "Can you guys ice skate?" to which they would respond "Sure!" whether they could or not -- then they would spend the week between shows learning how to do whatever it was they were being asked to do, and then they would come in and do it -- in one take! Andy Williams himself testified to this astonishing ability.
Well give us some names, because you’re not gonna find anybody from that age and younger until they were in their 60s not gonna happen siblings performing together, again it’s not gonna happen
They sang hanging upside down, they sang climbing and sliding down ladders, they sang doing other gymnastics and while playing instruments. They were flawless.
God certainly "broke the mold" after these guys were created. Never again will we see such an "all around gifted" family unit of entertainers as The Osmond Brothers. They could do it all, with precision, grace and, most of all, humbleness. Class gentlemen, EVERY ONE!
Those days back then were so much better than today, so simple and non offensive, I loved the osmonds growing up in the 70’s...I’d go back to the 70”s any day of the week
It's amazing . These brothers are so talented. The routines they would learn. The instruments and vocals not to mention dance steps. Even learning other languages for shows. Nothing short of amazing.

Truly amazing, my friend Lalysa is a huge fan of yours Donny and has met you several times, and she has been sending me Osmond videos for years, YoYo being my favorite song. I was born in 70, A bit late to the party i felt, but I loved Donny and Marie show, and I was always a fan of anything you do. I happened upon a Andy Williams clip and have been enthralled by the routines. Just. I used to dance, the practice, the comedy. Its all just. I knew you all were talented but yikes! Amazing! I am very sorry for your loss of Wayne. Prayers and Blessings to your family. Michelle from Omaha
How does anyone possibly be one of the Osmonds and not be this great at everything. Every one of them just beautiful and talented. My gosh the beauty in that family.
Such a talented family, with Andy Williams and staff challenging them to do something new each week. Now, of course, over the last 6 decades, they've almost all struggled with difficulties, whether physically, mentally, emotionally, per
They're kids! What kids harmonize like this? Crazy wicked vocal harmonies. How many instruments do they play? They were THE package. Insanely talented. 😮😮
I've never seen this clip before. I knew they were multi-talented but didn't realize the extent that they were at this young age. Wow. And little Donnie playing the biggest instruments!
Always impressed with Donny lugging that Baritone sax and the knee bends. They aren't exactly light. Cute though. Alan the biggest with the small Soprano sax.
Hey Donna George I don’t Wayne Osmond Not Upset me I don’t like Kathy Osmond She Never Take My Wayne Away From me Right Donna My Name is Kariatkinson Pray to Jesus ?

They were raised in the LDS church and this is how we do things!
When I was Donny's age here, I was still trying to decide whether to have grape or strawberry jelly on my PB&J sandwich!!!
😂😂😂

How? At that age, I was lucky to walk and chew gum at the same time. Your performances still bring me to tears remembering such a wonderful time. Thank you and much love.
You are so funny! I feel the same way too 😊
The secret is.practice, you get better and better at what you practice. At that age I was quite good at watching cartoons and eating Poptarts.
Wow, what a consummate performance. Such a long routine to perfect. Well done those Osmonds!
And what succeeded them … Punk?!?!?!?
Some of the most talented, polished human beings on the face of the Earth! The Osmonds are incredible!
It absolutely boggles my mind how multi-talented the Osmonds are.
You are so right. How many musicians can pick things up so fast, like in a week, play so many instruments, write music, produce, acting, the lust goes on.
And end up with nothing to show for it.@@tuxedonix2884
