Regularly reciting Surah Mulk has numerous benefits, so many hadiths mention the virtues of Surah Mulk. Some of these benefits are:
1. Surah mulk Benefits to prevent the torment of the grave
Prophet Muhammed (Peace be upon him) advised us to read Surah Mulk every night before sleeping. The virtue of reciting Surah Mulk before sleep is excellent, as The Prophet (PBUH) said: “Whoever recites Surah Al Mulk every night is saved from the torment of the grave.”
Reciting Surah Mulk can also help in the forgiveness of Sins, so it protects its reciter from the torment of hellfire.
2. Surah Mulk Benefits for Intercession on the Day of Judgement
Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said: “Whoever recites Surah Mulk every night will be preserved by Allah, and it will intercede for him on the Day of Judgment.”
As narrated in the Hadith, the Surah will intercede on the Day of Judgment about the person who recites it. Thus, we should make it in our daily routine.
Another narration that encourages Muslims to read Surah Mulk is:
On the authority of Abu Hurairah that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “From the Quran, Surah of thirty verses will intercede for a man until he is forgiven. It is a surah, Blessed is He in whose hand is the kingdom.”

As Narrated by Abdullah bin Masoud, Prophet Muhammed (PBUH) said: “Whoever recites a letter of Allah’s Book will have a good deed, and a good deed is multiplied into ten. I do not say that: Alif Laam Meem is counted as one letter. Rather, Alif is a letter, Lam is a letter, and Meem is a letter”.
