Clearly you're easily fooled. If you've been following for the past weeks you'll see his struggling to justify why his analysis that the target will not be met has failed. In this show he failed again with wrong figures as basis of the analysis. The IMF and Lazard are not kids to be fooled with magic maths.

@@1416edward Your ignorance about the numbers in question speaks volumes. The denominator used to calculate % participation changed more than once which Bright and many others have explained. You don't achieve the rate finally reported if you use the total domestic debt that was originally meant to be restructured. Excluding these debts won't make a difference when they finally report back to IMF so you sit there tickling yourself that this restructure was as successful as reported.
