Outstanding wood carving of the old man's face! Well done! I have the Pocket Jack, and am just starting to learn to use it to carve faces. I hope to be as good as you one day.
Say Heah CrackE, Yeah, I got the Flexcut Carving Jack Kit, the Scorp was the attraction to buy it. I also like the fact it comes with a Leather Pouch, this way I can carry it on person where ever I go. Infact the Flexcut Carving Jack and the Spyderco Puukku was a Xmas gift. I can't wait for milder weather to try them out on my Afternoon Delight's. Yeah, I already picked a set out for that, I included my 2Hawks Double Bit Hatchet, my EZ KUT WoW Folding Saw and ofcource the Flexcut, and the Puukku. If I have to clear through the brush, I think my Johnson Adventure Parangatang will be a good choice, Infact if I take the Parangatang, I might not need the Double Bit Hatchet, because I can chop with the Parangatang, and baton with it too. Either way, I'm already for the mild weather. Infact this weekend the weather had one up on us. It's way too cold and snowy, so we stayed in and ventured out just to practice a few survival techniques in the extreme cold. Yup I brought my new Custom Combo that William Collins made for me, I also brought my 24" Council Wood Craft Pack Axe with the heavy duty sheath, and my Agawa Canyon 21 Boreal Saw. Yeah I did bring my Flexcut Carving Jack, I made some makeshift spoon's out of small branches, crude but functional. All I did was carve a bowl out and then trim it and it works great. Yeah, I'm very happy with my new Flexcut Carving Jack. Dilly Dilly, Oh, I posted them on my Google Plus.,,.p

Thanks. Practice makes perfect. A tip to carving faces, ugly or weird faces are easier.
