Loved the video. I really enjoyed how you interacted with Jackie more discussing the meal with a friend. This is the way I would prefer watching videos when you are dining but doing seperate videos together. Thanks for bringing some disney to our lives
I like it Medium rare to medium so I went with medium this time some people don’t like seeing all the blood on the plate so I can live with it it’s still very delicious

About 30 minutes after being seated, our server comes over to inform us they are out of prime rib! We ask for a manager who suggests we get a $25 burger or fish and chips instead! She goes on to say they have been running out of prime rib every night......so why can they not plan better if it's happening every night. Needless to say, it was well after 9:00 and we chose to leave. Super disappointed and won't be back anytime soon!
I am watching this video and it made me so sad that you didn’t order your meat cooked exactly the way “you” enjoy it best. What jerks!!!! Would they eat it the way you like it cooked? I think not!!! Just a thought from someone who enjoys a rare steak!!!

My husband and I went to Disney for our honeymoon and The Edison was the first place we ate when we arrived. The meatloaf is the best meatloaf I’ve ever had in my life! We always talk about how good it was, and it came with those amazing carrots and mashed potatoes. Mmmmm!

Sorry for the corny joke. Nate 50 years ago I was hemming and hawing on how I should order my prime rib. My dad made a suggestion, he said that I should ask for an end cut, which I did.and for me It was perfect. I think you'd like it as well. The Edison looks really nice as did both you and Jackie.
This is my favorite restaurant at Disney springs! But my favorite dish there is the grilled cheese with fresh made tomato soup. If you haven't tried it, in my opinion its a must try!!

We have a place here in NYC that does bacon the same way, except it’s served with one container of maple syrup and one container of PEANUT BUTTER! Sounds weird, it’s incredible! Glad you enjoyed your time at the Edison! Thanks for sharing it with us ☺️
The Edison is one of my favorite places to eat at Disney Springs. Can't beat the late night entertainment either (not sure if that's back yet). Was the beer Orange Blossom Pilsner? That is hands down my favorite beer.
