Blanchfield is a finisher and a star on the rise. Pena is a former champion. Grasso is a current champion. Maycee is none of these. She's easy on the eyes though.

Let's be honest, Maycee Barber will probably win Saturday. No disrespect to Katlyn but she's older now, past her prime and no longer a title contender. She hasn't been for a few years now. That being said Maycee will have had an easier road to the top 5 than Erin Blanchfield. She calls Erin boring, but she hasn't faced the legit fighters Erin has at least recently. Except for Amanda Ribas, who has Maycee beat? I feel Amanda is better suited for the strawweight division, but still an impressive win for Maycee.

Maycee's an interesting case because she was super overhyped, but since switching to Urijah Faber's gym, I actually think she's improved and is almost underrated. I'm curious to see how this fight goes, because if she gets a crazy finish, I could see them trying to fast track her to a title.
