Easy HOMEMADE Fish Curry Recipe just for Bachelors | Tuna Fish Curry Recipe | Nadan Choora Meen Curry
Introducing an effortless Fish Curry recipe tailored for bachelors - a delightful fusion of Kerala Style Red Fish Curry and Tuna Fish Curry. The best part? No need to grind any masalas; this recipe is designed for simplicity without compromising on flavor. Ingredients :
600 gms Tuna Fish (dark meat tuna, cleaned & washed 3 times, cut into desired pieces)
2 to 3 nos. Garcinia Cambogia or Kudampuli (Fish Tamarind or Malabar Tamarind)- washed well a couple of times before soaking to remove any sand particles in between the folds.
Lukewarm Water
2 tbsp Coconut Oil
1 tsp Mustard Oil
½ tsp Fenugreek Seeds (Methi Seeds)
2 tbsp (25 gms) Ginger (finely chopped)
2.5 tbsp (30 gms) Garlic (finely chopped)
2 sprigs Curry Leaves
5 nos. Green Chillies (slightly slit)
2 tbsp heaped Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1.5 tbsp Coriander Powder
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Fennel Seeds Powder (saunf powder)
200 ml Hot Water
½ tsp Salt (or as per taste)
Note : tsp is teaspoon
tbsp is tablespoon
Use Oil as per your diet restrictions
Use Chillies as per your spice preference
Always wash curry leaves & coriander leaves before use
