As at today, there is no court pronouncement that the defected lawmakers of Rivers State are in the eyes of law lawmakers, that pronouncement is awaited.
Anyone with contrary information should provide it.

There is a court judgement of the Federal High court sitting in Abuja, that validated the seats of the law makers....the court judgement was made before the interlocutory order by the state high court. Mind you, this court has exclusive jurisdiction to do this.
