Dear Yuri-san, thank you for your recent videos. They are very calm, authentic and interesting. I was feeling like having a nice conversation with a friend while watching them. Greetings from Germany
One of the reasons why numerous foods in the US have so little flavor & so much salt, sugar, etc., in them is because our expanding US road culture forces stores to depend mainly on customers that drive instead of customers that walk. Driving customers have very different buying habits. Because the US is massive & drivers have to cover a lot of ground, they visit fewer stores & have less time. They're much more likely to buy processed food in larger quantities & store food for much longer time periods. Producers add a lot of salt, sugar, enriched flour, sweeteners, preservatives, antioxidants, etc., to their foods to prevent it from spoiling too quickly. Many food packages even have nitrogen in them to slow down the oxidation/aging process. It prevents a lot of food from being wasted, but it also means unhealthy American lifestyles, cancer risks, disease, etc. That's why Maruchan tasted so disappointing when you visited the US most likely.
今日本で輸入品でカレーラーメン食べました!ドイツに高いけど一番美味しいと思います🤤 ドイツのカップヌードルは大味です Just hat imported Japanese Curry cup ramen. Very expensive but they are the best. The German cup noodles are just bland 🤨
You have to add stuff(spices,etc...) to the American Ramen, I always buy the asian brands in the asian markets its way better than the American brand. Never worry about what other people think, as long as your happy that is what counts. You don't need others approval to like or buy stuff. That Ramen you ate looked good.
My favorite is Tuna Mayo onigiri ^_^ Coming from Malaysia, I find Japan's cup noodle lack the flavor >_< Malaysian noodles have more spice compared to Japanese ramen.
