- I hope you find this video relaxing and comforting. I am not a qualified therapist. This video was inspired by my personal experiences with my own amazing therapist, by the numerous books I’ve read by Irvin Yalom, an incredible psychiatrist, and the guidance of my best friend, Dove, who is a Psychology Masters student.
Please note that this video in no way replaces the efficacy of real therapy and I encourage you to seek help if you are in need of it. I am a major proponent of the gift of therapy. Many people seem to think that needing therapy is a sign of weakness. No, knowing when to ask for help is a sign of strength. Don’t wait until your life is unbearable or falling apart to find the healing you deserve. I see it as an investment in yourself and your future. My best friend always says, “If therapy isn’t working for you, you haven’t found the right therapist”. The right fit is out there for you. Above all else, take care of yourself; you’re the only one who can. Sending you lots of love.

I actually am a Tee drinker over coffee , I do drink coffee but not that much! What about you? You prefer te or coffee in the morning rosy 😊 thanks for this calming video. I always have anxiety on sundays tomorrow I work a 12 hour shift 🥵so you make me calm. I sleep better . Just saying but a shcool I was makeing a mach stick tower and SOMEONE HADE A GRAND IDEA TO MOVE THE FRICKEN TABLE AND ALMOST NOCK IT DOWN so the top half of the tower was twisted AND THEY TRYED TO PUT THE TABEL BACK BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T WANT IT TO FALL OVER AND THE FLIPEN TOWER FELL OVER

Was there a specific psychology field you studied for this?
I haven't studied psychology. I used my own psychologist, books on psychology and my best friend who is studying psychology as references.
