A weekend vlog // thrifting, date night, 15K run, + my sis' bday

Welcome to my little channel, I'm so happy you're here :)
I wanted to share my weekend with you including my mental health day. It was important for me to show how normal it is to take care of yourself. I used to think that taking a break would only cause me to get further behind but that couldn't be further from the truth!
We need time to be refreshed, sleep, and care for ourselves. I hope this video is a reminder for someone out there to take a break and rest. It will be okay! If God rested, so can you :)
This weeks video is filled with lots of shopping and amazing thrift finds! I think I might have a problem....I've also been saving some clips from my sister's birthday and am excited to finally share them with you!
