Story: Pan Am flight 6251 was a domestic flight from New York John F. Kennedy airport to Los Angeles international airport via a stop in Denver Stapleton airport, when they arrived in Stapleton, a Boeing V-22 was on the runway whilst they were approaching, last second the pilots realised their speedbrakes didn’t work and they then collided with the Boeing v-22.
