I spent all weekend out in the sun working on my yard and even though it was really hot, it felt soooo good....more than usual! I soaked it all in cuz it felt good! Now I know why. I also slept soooo good last night and woke up this morning (central time zone in MN) and felt that a new influx was coming in. and there it is in all its white glory! I love how you say "stay out of your noodle!" haha! EDIT: I wanted to add that I am REALLY feeling the energies in my sacral and root chakras. I've been pregnant 2X and last night it literally felt like those first flutters I felt when I was pregnant with the baby moving. I literally touched my tummy in reflex to feel it moving, that's how prominent it felt! No, it wasn't gas or anything haha.. felt deeper and lower. I told myself 'I'm coming alive and birthing myself!"

Iam a sunny woman, bare foot 👣. I feel strong connection with the Sun ☀️ and with mother Earth. Me and my husband crossed 2 regions on the coast of Spain and it's amazing where we are now there are people on the beach without umbrellas, sunglasses..I haven't seen people without sunglasses in so many months. It's amazing to see people's faces warming up under the rays. LOVE and sunshine to ALL ⭐💛☀️
