@@annshallcross1140 That's very different than "advertising to an American" audience. What you describe takes effort - that alone should tell you that English is not the target language. The first language of the website and this video is Italian. Just because technology allows you translate doesn't make it "advertised" to speakers of the new language. Frankly, I find the lack of price frustrating, too, but I'm not throwing an entitled tantrum.

il recupero degli spazi ha creato disarmonia, troppo dispersiva, troppe scale, ambienti poco fruibili, peccato perchè la scelta dei materiali sembra buona.
In Umbria spessissimo le vecchie case hanno spazi poco fruibili. Mi chiedo dove sta il senso dell’armonia e dello spazio oltre che la godibilita’ degli ambienti.

This house is located in Spello, in Piazza A. Gramsci. It's the upper part of the beautiful city center of Spello, near convenient parking areas and with a breathtaking view of the countryside.

E' bellissima ma dovete mettere il prezzo !!! Ci sono stranieri che guardano !!! Non tutti sanno parlare in italiano !!! Voglio fare conoscere la mia italia sotto tutti i punti di vista . Dalla cultura ai monumenti al nostro modo di vivere e anche alle belle case che ci sono . Voglio un certo tipo di stranieri esempio svedesi (molti vanno in spagna ) francesi ecc ecc insomma gente che ha i nostri stessi principi di liberta !!! Usanze e cultura !!! Quelli vanno bene dal momento che c'e'anche un calo demografico . Il nostro paese l'italia non ha niente da invidiare ad altri paesi , inoltre per la sua posizione geografica pur essendo in sud europa offre una varieta di paesaggi e climi
