We have some footage of the wood, but never got it finished before moving. We went with European oak with stainless rails but he ran out of time. I hope we can get back to it but not sure of our timeline. He moved on to a "97 F-250 Power Stroke that he's restoring for his wife. Will try to give updates when we have a chance.

We packed up the truck and moved back to the states! My son got married and is trying to find time to get back on this project.
No drop cloth needed on the BMW?
Good catch! The BMW is actually a donor car and will be scraped soon, so no need to protect it.
