Silver Rathalos is legitimately a top tier Monster fighter when it comes to the map-roaming ones! Its debut fight on the MSS channel being against Seething Bazelgeuse wasn't as good of a showing for its true potential. We should see that potential play out against a powerful Variant, like say *Silver Rathalos VS Chaotic Gore Magala* soon!
On the ground it makes sense that Silver Rath would win, however, if there was a way to accurately show how they’d likely fight in a more realistic scenario I think R. Kushala would win as both monsters are aerial specialists. Fighting an aerial battle with a monster that can control the wind to the same extent as Kushala would be akin to suicide.
