- Опубліковано 21 чер 2021
- In this tutorials we'll make animated GIFs with Photoshop and Illustrator with moving parts, fade ins and drop shadows and smooth transitions. We'll create the speech bubbles in Illustrator 2021 and then copy the assets over to Photoshop 2021 for the animation. We'll use the stop or frame animation in the Timeline window and add each step frame by frame. You'' learn an easy way of creating smooth transitions and movements and even how to fade in and out drop shadows and elements.

That was a perfect tutorial: direct with no waffle, simple with enough detail, and very well delivered. Thank you. for that.
Thanks for the kind words
Thank you. You gave a detailed way on how to do it. Need this very much. ❤
First time on your site, and so glad I clicked - perhaps the most cogent approach I've seen to animated graphics - thanks!
Awesome, thank you!
i was using this for a graphic design class. ( teacher insisted we use) it honestly was hard as hell to follow. Yet i'm still WORKING ON IT BRUUHHHHH
Amazing tutorial! Thanks a lot! :-)
Such a great tutorial!! Your awesome!!
Lovely, LOVELY tutorial. Best one I have seen for making gifs 🙌
Thanks 😊
Excellent tutorial! Thank you!
Thank you for the precious informations

Thanks
Very nice tutorial!
Thank you! Cheers!
Thanks for your tutorials. So, if I create, for example, a text presentation in Ai and would like to animate it in PS, I can just copy and paste the texts done in Ai and animate them as you are doing here with the bubbles? Reagards.
Yes it should just work out fine 😁👍
Excellent maam
Thanks 🙏
Hi, thanks for your tutorials. I created an ad using your animation. It went well, but I would like to create a transition (like the ones made in PowerPoint or After Effects) before the next frames, how do I do that, please? Thanks.
I am not sure. I would try the movement of the whole image with an opacity setting from 100% to 0%. It all depends what transition you have in mind.
@@Vectortwist Just a rectangle the same size of the canvas.
@@francoabductor6301 in that case I think you need to create a layer with all the elements on it and then fade it out with the opacity. So one timeline stop with the layer full opacity, the next with zero opacity and then the transition. I hope that helps.
@@Vectortwist Thanks!
i'm totally noob about animation and GIF making, can you please mention how can i do tweening in photoshop 2024/2023? all i see is frame by frame images and that's it
hi, I just created my first ever gif & am v happy with it :) thank you so much for the tutorial x
but I cant view it on my Samsung phone? tried emailing it to myself but its saying import failed, invalid file. so I fb messengered it to my mother & she opened it on her iPad? but I cant get it on my phone? I was hoping to use it on instagram. any thoughts on what's happened here ? xxxxx
You can try ‘tis: open up the gif in photoshop and the export it as a mp4. To do so go to export>render video. The pop up window will show lots of setting, just keep them as is, press render. You’ll have a mp4 if the gif, instagram doesn’t allow gifs, only video. Let me know if that helps.
@@Vectortwist that has worked but it has a black ground & in ps it has no background
@@clairhavard3392 make sure the layers are visible with the background, otherwise not sure what is happening.
looks like I have to add a white ground to every frame? is there a quicker way? xx
@@clairhavard3392 yes :), but you have to do this in the Photoshop file (.psd) not the gif. Go to your first frame and select the most bottom layer, them in the timeline window, make sure you have "New Layer Visible in all Frames" ticked (Burger Menu on the top right). Just make sure the new layer with the background is all the way at the bottom.
wheres tutorial for illustrator?
What do you mean?
@@Vectortwist The video's title says ''How to make animated gifs with Photoshop and Illustrator'', so he may got confused due that.
thank you
