Actually my period rime is not so tough and I don’t feel belly pain but I feel very bad leg pain neck pain. In my period time the most amazing part is that my husband care me very much even he don't argue with me in any topic,when I become angry he just keep quite like a good boy and I just love my period time for him very much and I just enjoy it😊

সবচে বেশি যেইটা খারাপ লাগে সেটা হচ্ছে পিরিয়ডের সময়ে সমস্ত বাজে খেয়াল মাথায় আসে, আর অ্যাটাক খেতে হয সারাক্ষন। আর এইসব মোটামোটি সবাই জানে কিন্তু যদি না বুঝে তাহলে কিছুই করার থাকে না। মানুষ জানে যে এই সময়ে মন মেজাজ খারাপ থাকে, তাই একটু সহানুভূতি দেখানোর জায়গায় উলটা মেজাজ খারাপ করে। মনে প্রানে দোয়া করি যাতে পিরিয়ডের সময়ে যাতে কোনো কষ্ট না হয়, এইবার ওতটা কষ্ট হয় নাই, আর না হয় আমার কষ্ট সয়ে গেছে।
মোস্ট ইম্পরটেন্ট জিনিস, অনেক কিছুই বলো নাই; আসলেই বললে চাকরী থাকত না। আর হ্যাঁ সাদি ভাইয়ার কেয়ারিং পার্ট
