you guys should've had subtitles on, it gives you a whole other level of immersion

Subtitles are available on her channel.
It's a song and MV about being wronged and/or taken advantage of and forgiving it but if happens again, you'll see the "bad/crazy bitch" come out; about being fed up with mistreatment and not caring anymore, stop letting things go time and time again, and also finally getting vengeance on those who mistreated you or are awful people.
Bibi's latest album is pretty dark and has similar themes across many songs. I think this album is her purging some trauma about a very abusive relationship (she said that if she'd reported this person, they'd go to jail).
Jotto's MV shows domestic violence, the dark fantasy or action one might have o take to get free from it, and the song talks about a toxic, abusive relationship that gave one (her?) anxiety, wine dependancy, and need for medications. The song is rather upbeat and catchy despite the lyrics and MV and a great piano segment.
If you want Kill Bill, watch Animal Farm. It will need to be blurred or otherwise altered as it's a major copyright problem with reactors. But it's a great song and very bloody, Quentin Tarantino-credited MV. This talks about society ("is it a farm, is it society"; "am I tiger or gazelle?").
Blade is a cool conceptual MV and good song, it grew on me (I didn't like the "chorus" for awhile).
One of my favorite songs on the album is Wet Nightmare but it doesn't have an MV.
Some older songs and MVs/songs not on this album I recommend are:
Kazino, about South Korea's underground gambling and human trafficking. Movie like MV.
Life's a Bi, a social commentary (in my opinion) and has very good acting from Bibi.
    Binu is an upbeat song.
Cigarettes and Condoms is an upbeat, playful song. I find myself randomly singing "pack of cigarettes and condoms in my pocket" which is weird for someone who doesn't smoke and is ace.
Best Lover is in English and sultry.
I LOVE this song and MV. Bibi is known for singing and depicting difficult topics like social ills, domestic violence, violence, etc. But Bibi also has songs like Binu and stuff that are the opposite. She's also featured on a lot of songs. I didn't quite realize this until I put Spotify onto the Bibi channel and have been obsessed with it.
I am a bit dumbly offended by the implication that Tiktok had a major influence on the song's success. It's had lots of love from day one. I had no idea it was even big on Tiktok. No reactor or comment I've seen--and I've watched every reaction that's come up--had ever mentioned it. I've no doubt the platform helped, but the song and MV has stood on its own as well. She also performed it at MAMA.

Bibi is not known by her dancing she does not even focus on choreographies in her projects but she's more known by her charisma on stage her sincere lyrics (btw this song is inspired from her personal life i heard she was in a toxic relationship with some1 who treated her so badly at the point to beat her )she got a beautiful voice tho you should hear her singing live also her boldness she's that type of idols who doesn't give a shit in her songs or mvs she always adds the acting parts so everyone agrees that she could be a great actress not to mention her facial expressions

South Korea is a very patriarchal country, a study showed that over 80% of men have done something abusive towards their partners (many times not knowing it constituted abuse) so to see a South Korean women sing about this and challenge the status quo of what women should be or what they should sing is such a powerful and beautiful way of expression. I know it's impossible to understand all of the socio-cultural factors behind this but I think it was worthy of more praise!

      The 80% number is absurd
If 80% of men were abusing their wives/gf then Korea wouldn't function as a country and we'd have Korean females emigrating en-masse to other countries as foreign brides.
And It’s not just Korea, all countries have abusive men or women

I think if you watch BIBI's "Animal Farm" and then all the other music videos that she released for her recent album, you may be more impressed. Her latest album is very dark, and she created a character that is going around getting vengeance for all the men that wronged her in her life. I really enjoy BIBI's voice and her dark themes. It's crazy but it works for her. I'd also recommend the video "Is This Bad B**** Number?" with BIBI, Lee Youngji (the first female winner of SMTM), and (G)I-DLE's Soyeon!

Unfortunately you missed all the cool stuff when you turned off the captions. Additional info you might need to make sense of the video: The funeral is for someone named Kim Hyungseok. Bibi's white garb signifies she is a close relative to the deceased. The story is not told linearly so after the funeral scene you see a flashback of Hyungseok's body being stuffed in a steel drum and thrown into the river. If you've seen any Korean gangster movie you'll know the man in the glasses is a corrupt government official who presumably ordered the hit on Kim Hyungseok then tried to intimidate Bibi in order to take over the family business. The final bath scene is another flashback that reveals a twist that gives additional meaning to the title. The opening credits show Bibi's real name as songwriter.
Bibi didn't go through a Kpop Idol Factory so her videos won't consist of those cool kpoppy dance choreographies. Instead they contain cool cinematic storytelling with some very dark themes. She is signed under Feel Ghood Music which is owned by Tiger JK and his wife Tasha Reid (aka Yoon Mirae). Tasha Reid discovered Bibi through self-produced songs Bibi had uploaded on SoundCloud. Tiger JK grew up in East LA and Miami and is credited with bringing hip-hop to Korea. Yoonmirae's father is African American and she often raps/sings about her experience growing up as a biracial child in Korea. You should check out some of their cool work as well like Bang Diggy Bang Bang, BuckuBucku, Black Happiness, Angel... though their videos won't contain much cool kpoppy dancing either.

Not a playlist but it was cool. She should get into acting. She could make a good villain in a movie. Her other songs are better imo.

I was bibi fan since kazino dropped and i was listening to her songs since then. she is ARTist, and she always focus on creating a movie with her MVs and songs are just raw and honest, i love her art so much. I was waiting for this song forever and i was obsessed w it even before it gained popularity in tiktok.... she is so good, so talented

BiBi is definitely not dance focused but I hardly think about that. She has so much charisma and star quality, she's really able to express exactly what she wants with her face and body without dancing. I could pause on 5 different places in the video and just get an art piece from her expressions. She would be a STELLAR actor but I don't want her to lose her freedom in music and art. She catches a lot of flack for expressing the dark things she's been through, and it makes me glad that it makes people uncomfortable because that's a given when you have to face the reality of bad things that happen in our society which is better than to ignore it imo. rant over ily 🙌

react to her song “animal farm” next and y’all HAVE to turn on subs bc that’s where she truly shines. A lyrical goddess of kpop. You’ve also most likely heard her as a feature on YENAS debut song “smiley”
