All considered you actually did pretty good! You nailed your beam routine, and even though you fell on your bars dismount you were debuting a new skill so that can be scary:) I also love love how elegant y’all’s leos are. Just an idea for the copyright floor music: cover it up in the video but put a link to an unlisted video with the original sound on it!

Would you ever take one of your beam routines, and go through each movement, and explain to those of us who are not in gymnastics why you do what you do and why it’s important? Thanks Whitney! You’re a beautiful gymnast and am excited to hear your new music! Much love from OK!! 💗💗💗
i can try to explain in short terms lol, so depending on the level in gymnastics all the skills values need to add up to a start value which would be the score if the routine were perfect, this is typically a 10.0. they also all have a letter rating based on the difficulty of the skill. deductions can be taken from a lot of things like wobbles, falls, steps on landings, and leaps. for leaps and jumps there are different requirements but the most common one is that in a split position it must meet 180°. scores also heavily depend on judges but there’s a code of points as well that says what mistake has what deduction. so yeah, there’s definitely a lot of circumstantial factors and it can be really complicated lol i hope i made at least a little sense though

Whitney!! You are amazing! I hope you read this! Nothing was embarrassing! I wish I would be able to do gymnastics like you! I wish I would have grown up doing gymnastics in a gym which is well equipped, I wish I could do gymnastics every day and become as good as you are, I wish I had that opportunity and amazing coaches! But I don’t have all of these because I don’t live in the US, I don’t live in a big city where this would be possible and I got a bad injury when I was 14 so my career in gymnastics not only was hard but also over. Now I try everything I can but it’s hard! So please be proud of yourself and not embarrassed because I would love to be as good in gymnastics as you are! ❤

When Whitney did double fronts for her dismount, I hated it SO MUCH.
Maybe you should do an extra giant before your dismount.
Are u learning yurchenko full? You get great block off the table, but with a level 8 vault, Alabama definitely won't be able to use it. Keep working hard Hun...your doing great!
Was never recruited for vault. I only vault 1-2 times a week to prevent my elbow from flaring up. I don't plan on upgrading. Thank you though!

Yes! There were two different sessions for level tens! The "premiere session" was what you saw at the end and those are most of our best level tens and elites!
