Asrock already has a model Taichi 9070XT using that cable if I remember correctly. Besides, 12vhpwr cable still has to connect with 3x8 pins to power the card (most people still use this method) unless you have a very good quality of psu that provides 12vhpwr cable inside. 😅

It’s probably going to be just ahead of the 5070. Since the 5070 is being advertised as 35% faster than the 4070 without DLSS, and the 9070xt is advertised as being slower than the XTX, faster than the 7900xt, but better RT and upscaling. My guess? 9070XT is going to be 10% faster with RT off and 10% slower with RT on, 499$.
What's the point of buying a 5070 or 5090 if the 9070 is 4 generations ahead and its from the 2030s. I might as well just get the 9070. Hoping to see what would be the 9080 and 9090!.
