    10:25 - Installing 5/8 gypsum and cladding with 1/8 puckboard!! Triple labor costs!! Should have gone with 1/2 or 3/8 puckboard on steel! I know a guy! Lol😊

      Yeah man!!! Your so right I told these guys to go 1/4" puck board rivet to the steel man. The original plan was to drywall and tape and this shit cost me 5 grand and a whole lotta bullshit because they don't listen. Next time it's going my way or no way! Cheers bro!

    They really should have just done a concrete wall

      Yeah maybe but they got a good deal. I've never done this before what I learned is we can get a 1/4" puckboard and that can rivet directly to the steel. Would of saved time and money. We have 4 more buildings like this so next time.

    U think that half wall shoulda been framed out of wood

      @ConstructionKronies  2 місяці тому

      No definitely steel is boss for this. Wood is no good for this stuff. 1/2" puckboard on 20 gauge steel stud would be perfect for this!

      I am yes. I mainly work directly for owners or investors. These jobs when there is a middle man sort of thing always is a pain.
