We deserve it, we owe ot to our ancestors who fought for our future. We need to spread informations about the Autonomy in Cordillera. Matago-tago ka sin nay platform ay inamag mo. Iyaman 🙏
the essence of this video should reach the entire nation for them to know about the Igorots tradition culture & practices. Good job bro, God bless as all.
Keep up the great work. Need to maintain our traditions in the Cordillera. This is the way to keep our identity, enhance our values and strengthen our culture.
Thanks to you Igorot vloger for sharing the Igorot culture and historical background.i am pure ibaloy tribe but grown herein region 2 Nueva Vizcaya.I retired from government service now but only from your vlog I've learn about the autonomous cordellera I wonder why ifugao neighbor provice of Vizcaya included to cordellera region and now I understand I remember my grade I and II at Kalasipan, all provinces under cordellera was mt..province.
I remember during childhood when I stayed for sometime with grandparents in Mt. Province, after the harvest of rice my grandfather prepares pinikpikan as a thanksgiving to God and the land for the harvest . We share some with neighbors. The neighbors do the same after their harvest. We also call the tradition " say-at".
Inayan-fear of God, Binnadang-bayanihan, celebrations-thanksgiving, tungtong-respect to elders as grievance committee, annak-confidence and trust to the children as the future of our land,
husto ta kunam bro, salamat sa pagapapaunawa at pagpapa intendi sa ating mga kakabayan sa ating kultura at tradisyon.gd job bro, thx for sharing Take care & God Bless
Hello Freddie, new subscriber and found your channel very interesting. Can't wait to visit baguio again its been years! Keep up the good work and post more interesting video's I'm half Igorot myself although grew up in baguio/benguet i still have a lot to learn about the culture. Take care and stay safe!
Thanks for sharing FDG stages! Excellent video once again! 👍💯🔥😌🦅 but sad to say in our family we lost most of these Cordilleran traditions - Ibaloi roots here in Baguio...there was a fine whenever my ancestors spoke their native language at school, and apparently it had a bad effect on native children because it made them think in a way that being native is bad..and so the Ibaloi language was not passed on in our family..argh hayz... badthewrong! Even though I am not a pure Ibaloi, my heart is here in the Cordilleras. ❤️ Time to bring it back! mayat met ti panagisbuk. hehehe. Keep up the good work! 👌
Wow. As an American it is very difficult to get accurate knowledge about your culture. When I ask most Filipinos about Igorot people or culture i get silence. Thank you for the knowledge
