Chrome OS is a totally different thing
@@flash1448 make sure that bottable device is accesible through a os, then try running it again or use easy bcd and locate its boot file and add it as an entry. you should be good to go
if that doesnt work then copy the files in your usb and make a partition with prescribed memory for chrome os and paste the files
if u have an iso then burn the files to the partition and add the boot file to the boot list (the list that shows up when you turn on the computer if u have 2 or more os's)
then restart computer press boot options and select the loader or installer with whatever name you saved it in the easy bcd boot entries and hit enter
you should be good to go now :)

Installation is asking for missing usb driver. As we aren’t using a usb stick I don’t know what to do? I tried windows usb utility but it still wants a usb stick to open. Any ideas around this issue? Thanks

but, my laptop is bricked, doesnt run windows for use easyBCD and nothing, it doesnt support booting from usb or cd, this tutorial is for sane pc only, for to prevent
do you have a another pc or the installation disc or usb ? if u have another pc get a usb or disc that is 8 gb or more and then make it bootable by downloading a iso into it (making it bootable will make it bootable forever) and the load it into your laptop and open boot options at the loading screen and select your boot partition and hit enter then open the installation process and repair . :)

I found in my window that this is licensed by aka.ms not microsoft when I reinstalled today using bootable USB. How can I get rid of this window & installed microsoft certified window 10, 64 bit that came with my Dell pc pre-installed with office. I had my Dell service tag only but not able to get this download in Dell support.
Don't worry, You are all good. aka.ms is owned by Microsoft.
Don't make things complicated. Download The ISO image from Microsoft.
Make a bootable USB with the ISO image and install Windows 10 and then install device drivers.

i found the software free of malware on the pirate bay, all other options seems kinda fishy, with that thousands of ads and suspicious .exes
just search for easybcd (all together) on TBP, it worked for me.
