When I first heard this song (2013), I was in an extreme state of depression. I had so much stress and anxiety from juggling family drama, financial problems, school issues, and an unhealthy, abusive relationship that I was contemplating suicide. I opened my laptop to write my suicide note, but I decided to go to UA-cam first, and this album popped up in my recommendations. I feel like God put that there specifically for me in that moment because this song gave me a sense of peace that I hadn't felt in years. I played this song every single day for about 6 months straight (and truthfully it still gets heavy rotation in my playlist), and it helped me on my road to recovery. I love this song because it always reminds me to keep going and to be grateful and appreciative of the gift of life.
