Online password portals do not have accessible hashes, the hashes are stored on the servers side. The only way to crack an online password is something like hydra or Medusa, an online brute force tool. Which is illegal.
Instagram and other online logins hold their hashes on their internal servers, so cracking the hash is out of the question. If you forgot the password and the email I'm not sure how to help you.

For Bitlocker, John the ripper has a special script that you run on an image of a Bitlocker encrypted drive. So as you can see it is a very different process for every hash type. Email providers like yahoo and gmail store the hashes on their internal servers, you cannot access them.
