It's actually a pretty good mix of both techniques in this video. Falsetto is the technique used for notes in a singer's uppermost range that has less air underneath it which gives it the whistle-esque quality in soprano voices (ie. Jade's solo in the new Wings intro, the Weird People run, the FU note towards the end of the video, the run in the girls Whitney Houston cover). Head voice is when a singer uses less of their chest cavities and more so the resonant space in the skull to create the lighter tone that Jade is known for (ie. her verse in Love Me Like You, Turn Your Face, I Love You, Touch (Acoustic), Secret Long Song, her run before the bridge in Little Me). Actually, most of these snippets are head voice so the title is accurate. People tend to assume higher notes are falsetto because most pop songs are in a more modest range, so I can understand the confusion. Wonderful video!!! I love Jade's voice!

So Ari why would you say that on a video dedicated to jades falsetos and head voices? Ariana and jade are equally as good as each other.
