Hey we just got a sugar glider from a friend who we believe got it from a breeding mill. He had him for 3 years kept in a small cage with no toys and a poor diet only seeming to vonsist of grapes, cheerios, and pellets. We have had him for just 3 nights but he is so sweet and friendly. But we spend plenty of time with him at night he usually wakes up at 11-11:30 pm and he is usually up till about 6 am and we tend to stay up with him till about 3am or 4. •Artic M0chas•ツ hi there. Well you are in lunch because I have videos on almost all of these questions! My diet video will be coming out very soon too. Keep watching and once you have watched more videos let me know if you have more questions. Also a fresh comment is easier for me to see than a reply. If you have Instagram you can also send my DMs on there @sugar_glider_diaries.
There is a nom nom sound too :) it is slightly different than the purring sounds :) The nom nom sound is basically another chirping sound mixed with the purr clicks :)
Coming to u from the cage made me remember the first week with my babies. My cat opened the cage when I was in bed and my boy jump onto my bed to jump onto me. Scared me but I was more worried for them to running and hiding because it was the first week with them
Could I get your opinion on the hours that are appropriate for sugar gliders? My girl is up in the evening and now it's 10 p.m. and she's sleeping. She's already had her dinner but she'll get back up and play on the wheel and want some attention at midnight. I probably get up three more times before morning. She's awake until 8 a.m. at least. She's been alone for awhile since she lost her daughter so it really bothers me that she is. We go on walks outside in her bye-bye pouch. She loves it. Now the weather's too cold. Thank you for your time it's appreciated
Everything I have heard is they need another glider. Can be very harmful to their mental health not to have another one, which leads to physical issues. Check into it, and how to introduce them bc they will try to kill each other if not done properly, if u are able.
@@TheSbrishaberyou are right. The place I got my baby from said “oh no worries she can be alone her whole life doesn’t make a difference” how evil of them to even tell a new owner of one that. For months she was alone & when I got her boyfriend (a male lol) her whole attitude changed & she’s as happy as can be I mean it’s a HUGE DIFFERENCE! Not even close to the same glider I had before. Although she does annoy him & kinda bully him she just wants to be loved & loves him soooo much he was alone as well as kinda of a prop in the store I got him from so he’s still getting used to her but he’s warming up to her it’s been 2 months now there’s a huge difference in him as well. I love that they have each other I consider them both rescues they were the last ones no one wanted all alone for 6+ months in a reptile store. Luckily I did my research before introducing them bc of course the store said yeah you can put them together as soon as you get home ugh 🙄
After watching this video, which was super helpful btw, I realize one of my boys is more of a needy sugar glider and the other is independent guy. Sometimes I feel like he could careless about me, I only had them for a month and a half so I’m hoping it changes with my boy who isn’t super needy.
I know I keep asking questions but your my most reliable source because you take great care of your gliders and reply Very quick. So I was looking at a comment on another sugar gliders video the creator said don’t get them if you want to keep them in your room cause it can be bad for your mental health. I don’t think that’s true but don’t know once I get gliders I would like to keep them in my room because I’m in a fam of five and can’t give them their own room and once I go into a deep sleep you can’t wake me easily until morning
If you are not a light sleeper you would probably be fine to have them in your room (As long as you have enough room for a large cage!). If you are a light sleeper I would not recommend having them in your room for sure. I know you mentioned before that you are 11. Are you ok with being bit? They can bite very hard!
Sugar Glider Diaries I have a cat that is why i would like to keep them in my room and my cat is more wild bc she is a bengal and will bite and scratch. I’m very glad your not like you’re 11 don’t get them thanks
Alexis Dailey no I am not going to tell you not to get them. I’m here to help you in any way I can. I will say that they are a huge responsibility and can live a very long time so I would make sure your parents are fully on board because depending on what you choose to do for college or your future they might be the ones to take care of them long term.
Sugar Glider Diaries thanks so much as I said before I keep one asking question because I don’t want to do anything wrong I appreciate your patience with me and great info
Awe! I have had my first and currently only auger glider for a week and as of now she does come to me as soon as I open the cage. Mine is not mean she is sassy! Lol
I could agree w this alll the way, my glider is rough ab grooming as well but my friend she has 16!!! I give her sm credit for it but one of the joeys she raised is suchhhhhh a baby he does nothing but lick n give kisses esp on our hands or any exposed skin even to me the first time I met him it’s the most precious thing ever
Sugar Glider Diaries haha yeah idk how she handles it 😂most of them r such sweethearts tho a few r lil assholes haha she even has one tht had a tail amputation with its previous owner but it’s still adorable 😍
Great video! I didn't know that sound was considered purring. I remember my Stella absolutely hated me in the beginning and wanted to be left alone. But it was mostly because she transferred to me as a new owner right after her friend died. she was also pretty up there in age. She would crab at me all the time and bite me to draw blood. After a couple months of taking her out in the pouch every day for her to get use to me, she stopped crabbing, I could pet her, and she loved to go out to meet new people. 🤗
I never thought about a tent, however I've owned mine less then two weeks and they already lick me on 3 days, I'm kinda forcing them to accept me but the tent helps control everything so I thank you for that and I honestly wouldn't have thought about that. I've taken the hard bites which they probed on the soft spots. A few days later one grumps the other doesn't care and he doesn't bite me anymore as I stick my hand in their pouch. I'm constantly working with them and I'll figure out their insecurities
@@sugargliderdiaries as of now, my baby goes in my shirt and if my pitbull touches my shirt she lunges at him while grumbling a little bit and he runs away, he doesn't like her grumbling
@@sugargliderdiaries I now have her in my hooded sweatshirt that has a resemblance pouch pocket that she loves. This is the first day that I gave her the benefit of the doubt without the tent and in the open on her own and guess what, after 2 weeks of owning her she finally peed on me knowing that she totally trusts me even though most wouldn't understand the signs of love in their world. Another sign that I do want to point out is that after your done handling them, if they are totally frozen and don't want to move, it's because they want you. I'm used to dogs, cats, reptiles etc, this is nothing to me. Based off my current experience, handle them as much as possible, the bites are nothing as my better half's still grumbles at me and quit the biting after I forced my hands on him one inch at a time until he was used to my hand going in the hanging pouch. I know you discourage on your back, but she assuming because none of them have the male dot on their head as they are too young to know for sure, she didn't think to jump anywhere else as she totally sees me as her safe place. I'm reguards to him, I didn't touch him until he didn't bite me harshly and just kept moving it closer and closer
They do the grooming thing and always leaking me and always jump at the cage whenever they see me and deep sleeping on me omg that means they really love me 🥺
I enjoyed eatching your sugar glider video and information, your sugar gliders are precious and loving to you and you to them , that's beautiful to see , thank you for sharing very informative information it helps to understand and do more with our sugar gliders thank you I appreciate your experiences and sharing your thoughts and information 😊
My sugar gliders did the crabbing at first but after a week they were both bonding really well🥰 when on me she will walk around at first but after a while if she can’t find a way off she bites me how do I stop biting cause I’m scared I’m going to hurt her by accident. And also can you keep a neutered male with a female ?
I had a sugar glider for 12 years and she was so loved, friendly and loved to be on me. My question is how to keep their nails down without having to take them to the pet store to have them clipped. It was always a little traumatic for her. Thinking about getting another one and would like to know what you do for their growing nails. ??? Hope to hear back from you on this subject. Thanks 😀
That video showed up on my UA-cam after I wrote the text to you... lol... Thank you so very much for responding so quickly. Really enjoying your videos. Very informative even after having one for twelve yrs... Never too late to learn more. Thanks again 😀
So I can kiss my younger male and he tends to jump to me from his cage but he will not sleep inside my clothes or even in his bonding pouch. But the older female is very cranky, but she will deep sleep inside my clothes and pocket, though she hates it when my breathing air gets to her. I think mine came as a broken package lol.
I just got two sugar gliders a few hrs ago and it was just so tough to get the female in the cage she attacked my fiance and bit him and didn't let go it was freaked out for a moment but the male was comfortable in their blanket he was easy to put him in. For us, it's our first time having sugar gliders .But hopefully they they like us, lol BTW, we named her feisty spice. Lol
I have sugar gliders Risa, Luna and Stitch Risa is Luna’s mother and Risa is also pregnant to a second baby. Sadly I left the door open and Stitch ran away and now idk where he is. I think Risa llove my company. She trusts me and she lets me touch Luna.😅
I love your channel!! I am about to start my breeding program in South Alabama and love seeing how you’re growing your relationship with them. I am also about to start my own channel on Suggies and will recommend new owners to subscribe to your channel!!!❤️❤️😁 Keep up the great work
Oh thank you ,every time I wanted to take Kiki and lilo out from there cage they link my finger and only than they get on my hand . All this time I was thinking they were thinking of eating me
one of mine grooms me like crazy licking me and lightly nibble and my other one is still kinda independent and a little shy but ive only had them a few months now were takin it day by day
Great question! If you watch my video titled “when I first got my sugar gliders “ I answer that and in the description box included all my breeders information. There are a ton of amazing breeders out there though!
David Stuber they will be an amazing pet for you to get for when you get are an adult. That is the great thing about being an adult... you can get whatever pets you want 😊. How old are you now?
I don’t have a sugar glider as a pet. They aren’t considered exotic pets in Australia because that’s where they are from. I live in Australia and it’s only legal to have them as pets in certain states and my state isn’t one of them.
What is your advice on this, I’ve had my gliders for 3 weeks they come out every morning for 2 hours and we bond they jump on me give kisses and play all around the bedroom than they get sleepy and go home so I never have to worry about stressing them. My question tho is I would like to take them out at night sometimes also, but I’m afraid they won’t want to go back inside there cage because they love to be out and play around the room 😂, since we are not fully bonded I don’t want to let them out and than have to grab them or struggle to get them back inside? Any advice?
If your goal is more of a free play time where they have freedom to jump off of you, I would recommend a mosquito net tent for night time. I know many people let their gliders explore in a glider safe room and night. I think they get them to come to the cage with treats or dinner but I don’t personally have experience with that. The only free play time I did a couple years ago was in the morning like you are doing now.
Sugar Glider Diaries THANK YOU!!! 🙂🙂 I appreciate it, I am not sure I want to do tent time because I do remember you saying they will be learning to jump off you which I don’t want they don’t really do that now because the room has enough space for them to move around and ignore me if they want. I do want more snuggle time and kisses lol but I know I have to be patient just always looking for more tips and trips lol!
My sugar gliders only let me pet them and not hold them yet or either that I’m just scared of holding them cause I’m afraid they don’t trust me yet and might bite me
The statement "They come to you from the cage" means they love me?? But everytime I show my hand my sg hop on me and try to bite.. 😭 I don't know is it their habit?? Or am I look like a food? Haha
we own two sugar gliders the younger one is a standard gray and her name is cocoa and the older one is a creamino and her name is chai and they purr like that, their young they were born around august and we got them in november.
Hey..so I’ve been feeling really- upset. I recently got a sugar glider and we where close, but he would barely touch me at all. But he let me reach in the cage and let me get close. But..recently I think I messed up really bad..I didn’t mean to but..I received false info from someone..they said I should try to wake them up when it gets too late and I did that for several days and well?...now he just...isn’t as close anymore..he hasn’t bit me at all but he crabs if I get as close as usual..I just- I’m worried and I stress too much about bonding perfectly with them..please let me know if I can’t fix this..
I am so sorry I just saw this. You can totally fix the damage :) Just go back to what you were doing and he will eventually trust you again. Have you watched my step by step bonding guide? of my sugar glider re-home playlist?
Very interesting video. But it moved too slow. If I were you I wouldn’t announce that you are adding a video or B-roll as it called. Just move to that video or shot.
My glider cookie is super hyper. She will come to me but she will run all over me. She likes to stay on my back so I can't see her or reach her and she is 5 yrs old. Our other glider is super calm sits and stays. How do I calm cookie down? So she isn't running to my back all the time.
I don't think you can calm her down but if you back up slowly against a wall and lightly and gently start to squish her she will probably come up on your shoulder :)
I have 2 older gliders I got from someone who told me they need to be separated at times due to fighting. One has teeth marks on his head and a lot of scratches on his back. Is this normal? I know gliders fight sometimes but I didn’t expect for them to draw blood.
Sugar Glider Diaries both males but I’m not sure if they are fixed or not. I’ve reached out to the lady that sold them to me but haven’t gotten a response.
Sugar Glider Diaries one of them does! The older one is the one with marks on the top of his head and has scratches on his back. My other one has no noticeable marks
Hello my Suger glider is a bit better now I was the one that asked you when I asked how long it would take to bond with my sugar glider he started to come to me when I call him or jump on the cage when I'm around in my room when I start talking to him or hold my hand out to him he's still little bit wild when in comes to holding him or taking him out but slowly it's getting better but he still bite little bit here and there or would growl softly at me but not so much anymore it took me like 8 months just so he would no be bite me so much and he only started sleeping on me a little bit well making those cute sounds I wanted to ask how long did you take to bond with yourself and how old where yours when you got them
Sorry my English I'm still getting it wrong here and there but my sugar glider he will run around on me now and he doesn't shake so much anymore like in the beginning I got my sugar glider when he was only 3 months old and he just wanted to not be around me in the beginning but now it's better my sugar glider is not hoodie trained or bra trained yet he will sleep behind my back in my jacket and so but it okay I guess I wanna ask how can I start showing him it's okay to sleep in my hoodie or on my chest
😂 my sugar glider I keeped trying so he would learn to get on my hand it's just he will always bite my finger when his on me and I wanna ask is it normal for a male sugar glider to have a bald spot on his head I always look at him making sure everything is okay no bleeding no fingers gone no tail bite everything is looking good with him just wanna ask if it's normal for a male sugar glider to have a bald spot on his head
hi i am maxime and i really want to be a sugar gilder have already done a lot of research but my mother is scared that they can get sick. what would you bless my mother
Mine do alot of these but won't sleep with me or wanna hangout on my they jump to me n get excited when I walk near the cage but the second they are on me the climb up my arm n out n never wanna come back
Hi! Can you tell me why my sugar gliders sometimes lick me like they're grooming me but then they bite my fingers? No crabbing or anything. I'm really sad I really don't know how to bond with them 😭
My sugar glider keeps biting me. He bit me when I tried to make contact with him in his pouch and he bit me so hard I bleed. Please help. He’s only a baby but how can I bond with an untamed pet who keeps biting my hand forever even when I don’t pull away with a glove on my hand?
@@sugargliderdiaries =ZqTvVhgikYQ. if you put that at the end of a youtube address it has the sound. Its a fast clicking sound, my boy glider does this when he visits his cousin gliders
My 10 year old has been asking for a sugar glider for his birthday in June. He is very mature and intelligent. What are your thoughts on ages for owning a sugar glider?
Do you mean they are shaking? If the glider is cold and lethargic they need a vet if you just mean nervous and shaking then please see my other bonding videos 😊
Hey I just got my sugar gliders today but the pouch they where in was weird it has a pouch in the middle it’s pretty much like a pouch inside of a pouch. I don’t know if they can get out of the pouch. How should I check if they are safe or not I’m kind of scared of getting bit
I’m sorry I’m not sure what you mean. Are they in a zippered pouch? If you have the cage set up you can put the pouch in the cage and then when they wake up tonight they can get out and explore the cage. If the pouch has a zipper just be sure to unzip it and take it out of the cage once they are out.
Lexi Minium my tips would be the same but it may take longer depending on their previous situation and natural personalities 🥰. Here is the video I would recommend... Step By Step Bonding Guide | A MUST SEE FOR EVERY Sugar Glider Owner ua-cam.com/video/IWAbqSrPIzk/v-deo.html

-How bad is the sugar glider's bite and how do you avoid their bites?
-Do you have to get 2 gliders when you're really looking for 1?

-What does it mean when your glider crabbs?
-How to make your glider luv youuu 😅
-What type of food do they need?

-How much attention do they need?

•Artic M0chas•ツ hi there. Well you are in lunch because I have videos on almost all of these questions! My diet video will be coming out very soon too. Keep watching and once you have watched more videos let me know if you have more questions. Also a fresh comment is easier for me to see than a reply. If you have Instagram you can also send my DMs on there @sugar_glider_diaries.
My suggies make the purring noise only after I give them a snack. I thought it was their nom nom sounds of approval. 😅
Scared me but I was more worried for them to running and hiding because it was the first week with them
Snap crackle pop...rice crispies lol..cracked me up. Enjoy the videos.
Mine does that too.. but she's almost 11.. and father's day, she lost her cagemate.
Alexis Dailey yes of course! I have a 10 yr old boy so I’m used to lots of questions 😉
SOOOOOOO sweet! Do you mean your glider is 16 years old?
Sugar Glider Diaries no haha a friend of mine has 16! Well she actually has 17 now Bc I found out yesterday one of her gals had another joey 🥺
Maggie Dunham oh wow!!! That’s a ton of gliders 😆. I totally misread that lol.
Sugar Glider Diaries haha yeah idk how she handles it 😂most of them r such sweethearts tho a few r lil assholes haha she even has one tht had a tail amputation with its previous owner but it’s still adorable 😍
My little gizmo he i think lets me pet him and he looks so scared when i pet him he rolls up into a ball
I loved your comment of taking this all with a "heavy grain of salt".
Oh that is great! Yes it is amazing to see the transformation they can make with patience and love!
I'm constantly working with them and I'll figure out their insecurities
sounds like you will be bonded in no time :)
And also can you keep a neutered male with a female ?
my nana has two sugar gliders, one is named lola and one is named mochie THEY ARE SO ADORABLE AND SOFTTTT 🥰😍😍
they really are :)
My boys love me. Yay 🌞 thank you for your videos. Helps alot.

I thought they purring like cat😂 i just know that.. btw your sugar glider was so cute🥺😭❤️✨
Thank you 😊
So I can kiss my younger male and he tends to jump to me from his cage but he will not sleep inside my clothes or even in his bonding pouch.
For us, it's our first time having sugar gliders .But hopefully they they like us, lol
BTW, we named her feisty spice. Lol
I am getting them in 1,5 week , this will help me to know if they are starting to like me ! , i am going to show them alot of love from me
congratulations! I so with someone had told me these things before I got mine :)
Stitch is probably dead
I love your channel!! I am about to start my breeding program in South Alabama and love seeing how you’re growing your relationship with them. I am also about to start my own channel on Suggies and will recommend new owners to subscribe to your channel!!!❤️❤️😁 Keep up the great work
So cool! Please let me know when you start your channel! I would love to watch!
Rice krispies! Snap crackle pop cereal you were trying to think of lol
My brain was really working overtime for that one 😂
@@sugargliderdiaries haha I knew exactly what you were going through I hate that feeling 😂
Just the video I needed right now. Thank you and I hope you keep up this awesome work!
Glad I could help! Thank you! :)
Oh thank you ,every time I wanted to take Kiki and lilo out from there cage they link my finger and only than they get on my hand . All this time I was thinking they were thinking of eating me
I have 7 and they are all so different. One backs up to my hand to have her back petted when she is done she turns around bites me and runs.
Lol yes they all have very different personalities
one of mine grooms me like crazy licking me and lightly nibble and my other one is still kinda independent and a little shy but ive only had them a few months now were takin it day by day
oh yes the grooming is a great day
Where did you get your sugar gliders? I have done LOTS of research and am considering getting some but I’m not sure which breeder to get them from.
Great question! If you watch my video titled “when I first got my sugar gliders “ I answer that and in the description box included all my breeders information. There are a ton of amazing breeders out there though!
Omg I want a sugar glider sooooo much! They are so cute 🥺
David Stuber they really are!!
My dad said I can’t get one though 😭
David Stuber they will be an amazing pet for you to get for when you get are an adult. That is the great thing about being an adult... you can get whatever pets you want 😊. How old are you now?
I am only 11
Do you know where I can get a sugar glider?
I don’t have a sugar glider as a pet. They aren’t considered exotic pets in Australia because that’s where they are from. I live in Australia and it’s only legal to have them as pets in certain states and my state isn’t one of them.
I own 2 and well they can't regulate me like you
@@viper92677 Where are you located?
@@MK8MasterJunjie I'm in New York State
@@viper92677 Sugar gliders are classed as marsupials.
I have a sugar glider and this teaches me
oh good!
Rice Crispies are the cereals that crackle.
Yes I figured that out lol. Funny how words can just fly out of your brain, haha.
My sugar gliders only let me pet them and not hold them yet or either that I’m just scared of holding them cause I’m afraid they don’t trust me yet and might bite me
At least you care about your pets sugar gliders looks like they are good pets to have thanks for the post the video
You know, there are a lot of guys who can't do bra training. What can we do?
I have two sugar gliders! :3
So awesome! Love the names!
you're welcome 9:00
not sure what you mean but glad to have you watching
Sugar Glider Diaries It's when the signs begin I believe
Great video and topic, just like people no two gliders are the same ❤️
You are so wise friend! Thank you for letting me use your analogy :)
Sugar Glider Diaries thank you! I have not watched it yet but I will as soon as I can!
Love your videos! Thank you I was wondering if you can share what your suggies diet consist of in another video please.
Will do!!
Very interesting video. But it moved too slow. If I were you I wouldn’t announce that you are adding a video or B-roll as it called. Just move to that video or shot.
Yes I agree. This video is a year old. My newest videos move quicker 😊
I am plannning on getting some but when i looked up what are unsafe foods for them and mealworms and fruits and i don't think they are
Why would anyone want a sugar glider?why not get a mouse?
I have 2 older gliders I got from someone who told me they need to be separated at times due to fighting. One has teeth marks on his head and a lot of scratches on his back. Is this normal? I know gliders fight sometimes but I didn’t expect for them to draw blood.
No not normal! Sounds like they need to be separated and then work towards reintroducing them later. Are the males? Fixed?
Sugar Glider Diaries both males but I’m not sure if they are fixed or not. I’ve reached out to the lady that sold them to me but haven’t gotten a response.
Kayley Casey do they have bald spots on their heads? Two intact males will fight to the death sometimes.
Sugar Glider Diaries one of them does! The older one is the one with marks on the top of his head and has scratches on his back. My other one has no noticeable marks
Sugar Glider Diaries they usually only fight during the day but get along well at night
Your videos are the most helpful
Glad you think so!
They would jump on me and grooms me slowly then suddenly they bite after they groom ;-;
My sugar glider tries to come out of the cage and does not get near me. What does it mean
😂 my sugar glider I keeped trying so he would learn to get on my hand it's just he will always bite my finger when his on me and I wanna ask is it normal for a male sugar glider to have a bald spot on his head I always look at him making sure everything is okay no bleeding no fingers gone no tail bite everything is looking good with him just wanna ask if it's normal for a male sugar glider to have a bald spot on his head
thank you this was so helpful:)
Yes! Lets strengthen our bond!!!
Hehehehe!
Your awesome! Thank you 😉
hi i am maxime and i really want to be a sugar gilder have already done a lot of research but my mother is scared that they can get sick. what would you bless my mother
Hi Maxime :) How old are you? They can get sick pretty and go down hill fast.
Sugar Glider Diaries hi i am 14 thanks for this message
Sugar Glider Diaries do you think 14/15 is a good age
Mine do alot of these but won't sleep with me or wanna hangout on my they jump to me n get excited when I walk near the cage but the second they are on me the climb up my arm n out n never wanna come back
all gliders are different. Maybe they would like Tent Time

Thank you so much for this video

Super helpful! 👏 and super cute 😍 💕
Yay! Thank you!
Hi! Can you tell me why my sugar gliders sometimes lick me like they're grooming me but then they bite my fingers? No crabbing or anything. I'm really sad I really don't know how to bond with them 😭
so how you bond is you spend a few hours with them every day 2 maybe 3 hours with no electronics it will help you a bit i hope :)
Aww I have a sugar glider
I have a sugar glider a year ago
Still here but barking
Mine tolerates me i think
Do you have baby sugar gliders or adults and should I get baby or adults
My sugar glider keeps biting me. He bit me when I tried to make contact with him in his pouch and he bit me so hard I bleed. Please help. He’s only a baby but how can I bond with an untamed pet who keeps biting my hand forever even when I don’t pull away with a glove on my hand?
I replied to your other comments 🙂
Hi Kimberly, Have you heard your sugar gliders make their “clicking” sound yet?
Do you mean the popping aka“purring” sound? If so, yes all the time especially when they are sleeping on me and I’m petting them.
@@sugargliderdiaries =ZqTvVhgikYQ. if you put that at the end of a youtube address it has the sound. Its a fast clicking sound, my boy glider does this when he visits his cousin gliders
spededpat oh yes I have heard them making that noise to each other 😊
Thx I’m getting one on Sunday
oh that is exciting
just the one?
Mikayla’s Rambling hopefully they will get a friend 😉
Rice Crispie cereal 😊
Yes!
Is there a store that I can purchase the tent so I'm able to let my glider loose with me to bond?
Amazon sells them or anthem sports is where I ordered mine from 😘
My 10 year old has been asking for a sugar glider for his birthday in June. He is very mature and intelligent. What are your thoughts on ages for owning a sugar glider?
Sorry I just saw this! My answer to this is always “sugar gliders are a family responsibility” and never an individual child’s responsibility 🥰
One of my sugar gliders is a albino her name is rose
oh cute!
Can u send me the video on how to help them not jump off of you plz ;)
hi! mine feels so cold and scared idk why 🥺 how did u make a sugar glider not bite and make him feel safe
Do you mean they are shaking? If the glider is cold and lethargic they need a vet if you just mean nervous and shaking then please see my other bonding videos 😊
Do any of you feed your gliders mice? I fed a live mouse to one of them and they ate it
I don't because I love mice... just be careful they don't have any disease
@@sugargliderdiaries never mind I figured it out thank you!
How do you wash Sugar Gliders?
You don’t 😊. They clean themselves. If you wash them they can actually get too cold and get sick or die.
What if my 2 suggies are 3 years old and I just got them and it's really difficult to bond with any tips
