As a homemaker / stay at home wife, it’s refreshing to hear this. I love cooking and cleaning throughout the week but we also have housekeepers and have a lot of our meals catered by chefs. A combination of both if key to our household!
I knew a very wealthy woman once who said she never lets anyone cook for her family because she doesn't want a stranger's energy, envy, intentions going into her family's food. I see somehow her point of view now that you mention infusing energy in food.
@@basicinfo2022, if she feels that way and she wants to do the cooking, I understand her point of view. Indeed, prayer and blessing your food changes its structure.
Mina, I work four days a week as a teacher, but I cook dinner every night. I feel blessed to be able to shop for quality ingredients, cook something delicious, and nourish my family! It’s one of my great joys in life. Plus, it’s empowering to know what is in the food I’m serving my loved ones; I don’t trust most food from corporations or restaurants anymore, sadly.
Omg Mina, this is perfect timing!! I’m literally due with the first baby today. Just waiting for her to make her grand appearance. This video was meant for me!! I have been thinking abt how to tap into my mom energy. I hope you do more videos on how to tap into your mamta if you did not grow up around very motherly mother! Thanks so much!!
Lately I’ve been falling in love with doing my housework as well. My mum could do it all when we were growing up she could bake, cook, clean and had a sewing machine to make clothes. It was ALWAYS a treat having my mum prepare amazing dishes. She is also very feminine and in as much as she could check us any minute she also has this very soft side of hers. She also in her working years was an administrator and bookkeeper. She also maintained a very petite figure despite having 8 children. If I wasn’t a raging teenager I would have learnt from her.Now that I am grown I do cherish her. I don’t even know how she managed. Of course our dad was there as well fully providing. And bought my mum her first car a golf. She also was called on to teach women at church who were about to get married. ❤
I love my mother’s house when she’s there , she gives life to the house and I love it, she cooks for us and it feels so special as a family to have her and I’ll cherish this moments forever.
Mina the way you talk about certain things, it makes me love them. I enjoy cleaning my house in the morning it's like an extension of taking care of me. It's like the house is part of my body and it should look great too❤
I’m grieving watching this because it was always my dream to have just this; a warm loving family environment. I am now a divorced single mother struggling with the lack of mental energy I have to do the things that warm my home everyday like cooking soulful meals and doing the dishes and laundry. I keep it as festive as possible but the day to day is exhausting after providing. I pray God bless me with a loving husband soon. It warms my heart to know it can happen and is so abundant in the lives of so many other beautiful women!
Wow Mina! Thank you so much for this video. What a blessing. My mom is very feminine and I feel from her all what you are describing. She made all the household shores something fun and we always felt her love. I am so privileged. Being single and no children I realize I have to be more intentional about this and just do it for me with happiness, feminine energy and grounding . In my Colombian culture is done so well but I forgot about it. Hugs and blessings 🙋🏻♀️🥰🙏
This is such a beautiful and inspirational video Mina! This is bringing the traditional values into this modern world. It is enjoying and appreciating aromas, textures, laughter and togetherness. This is happiness! 💜💜💜
I just quit my job to stay home and focus on my children and marriage a few months ago... I am still transitioning into this and I really needed to hear this...
I'm so glad to hear you say this! I always listen to you when I am home doing domestic things and self-care. I always feel so peaceful and content and feminine in these moments. This really makes sense!
I love cooking it’s very fun for me. I’ve always been a creative person so the process of mixing basic ingredients together and how they turn into en entirely different dish afterward is so cool to me I love seeing what I can create I also enjoy the adrenaline of having stuff everywhere and slowly chipping away at it whether it’s cleaning, dishes, cooking, laundry etc. I look forward to that refreshing feeling of when it’s all done.
Thanks for hanging out with me today!

Sounds a bit too paranoid. If you pray, that should be enough good energy and protection.

To me food, cooking and spending time in the kitchen IS the ultimate feeling of home, safety and belonging

Sheena sounds like me. Sometimes I
nail it 👩🍳 and sometimes I don’t 😂
Same and my mom too

Agreed! Being in the home and tending to your home is such a self-care ritual and helps you organize your thoughts and emotions.
I love the conversation about hands! As a massage therapist we talk all the time how much better we look and feel from other people our age.

Yes, I feel the same way about washing clothes. I love for our clothes to smell great, and I love for them to feel soft on our bodies.
I don't cook too much, but when I do cook my husband is crazy in love and so grateful and I think it gives him a different taste of my love ❤💕

I love seeing what I can create
I also enjoy the adrenaline of having stuff everywhere and slowly chipping away at it whether it’s cleaning, dishes, cooking, laundry etc. I look forward to that refreshing feeling of when it’s all done.
U can add essential oils into the detergent. (Just a few drops) smells SO GOOD
I agree I love to do domestic things when my tank is on full. And my Family loves it. Such a great environment to flourish.
