The less time a person smokes for. The more of a factor quitting will be. If someone has smoked for 25 years. Or if someone quits smoking when they are 65. It could be because some people wouldn't have got a smoking related illness anyway
The government may have more control over the substitutes. Being that they can’t be grown as easily as the usual delta 9 plant? Not sure, but that is my theory. You can bet that they want their piece though
I mean , don’t smoke anything first of all. But d8 edibles made in my town locally have worked wonders for my depression, anxiety, sleep disorder, blood pressure, OCD, and arthritis. The only “drugs” I’ve ever done, were prescribed pharmaceuticals up to this point, so not an addict, or trying to replace any vice. It just works. I honestly couldn’t care less about the side effects, if there are in fact any that are noteworthy. Stay healthy guys, and do what works for you. Don’t feel guilty for being happy.

Kentucky literally regulated Delta 8 this year... cannaclear is in KY and they constantly update their coas. I've had over 10 surgeries on my stomach and bladder and if it were not for delta 8 i dont know if i would be in the shape i am today. This stuff legit saved my life.
That's where I buy mine and have never had an issue. I can make my own edibles, tinctures, smoke or vape it for under $1 a gram. I think people only run into problems when they buy premade stuff from random shops.

Even if you get Delta 9 (the THC everyone knows and loves) from an unreliable source it can be dangerous. Maybe I'm just lucky, but I have an extremely addictive personality, and was a blackout drunk for 13+ years, going on 3 years alcohol free, but I still smoke. I've never once in my life had a withdraw, hangover, headache, or any sort of problem with THC. Reading these comments opened my eyes to how it does affect some people. To those people I say, I wish you the best, and I hope you can conquer your addiction! But please realize, regardless if it's Delta 8 or Delta 9, one is not inherently 'worse' then the other.
So I just bought a delta 8 product from a site called “the hemp barn” seems like a legit place to buy it from. I saw some of the comment people buying gas station products which is crazy to me. D8 is cbd converted with chemicals... D9/thc is extracted from the plants. No conversion.. Multiple methods for these processes.. Many solventless. Smoke standard marijuana, don't smoke garbage. A person whos in the position to tell you how something works, can either lie and state they know how it works 100% or be truthful. The studies we have done are no able to back up the claims that all delta 8 is dangerous. The main issue is a bad batch. Due to no regulations, who knows who will have a bad batch and how many people will consume it. Simply smoke actual marijuana, stay away from delta 8.

First off I started smoking delta 8 and after a year of smoking started puking and had severe stomach pains. I was short of breath I had body pains etc. went to the doctor and they said it’s what I’m smoking. Stopped about 6 months ago and everything went away
Smoking pot is actually good for you if it's chemical free and truly organic. 95%+ of people think cannabis smoke is bad for the lungs but everyone of them is 100% wrong. Studies have shown that people that smoke cannabis are less likly to get lung cancer then people who smoke nothing. Reason why is because the smoke improves lung cell health. As I said, think what you want because I am about 99% sure you won't believe this even though it's true.

Yes, d8 is naturally occuring, but in tiny amounts, the vast majority of the products out now start out as cbd and have god knows what used to convert it into d8 via chemical reactions. Looking through lab results for the past year+ (because im a high ass bored adhd guy... Waste a LOT of time...) Ive seen heavy metals in some form in nearly every d8 or likewise product. The diamonds, the sauces, even in edibles. Theres a company called space gods (at nearly every gas station i go to in my state) whos labs openly show the presence of lead in their basic gummies, but they have these nerds clusters knock offs that have arsenic, mercury, AND lead in em. Theres this hemp store IN A MALL near me, they literally have a whole store, not just a kiosk. with a selection of vape/smokable products, i went through with the worker and showed them how to find the lab results, and wouldnt you know it, all of their products had dangerous shit in them. Their biggest product line is a company called mellow fellow, every product they had from them had nickel present in the lab results, specifically in the thc-p and h4cbd they use in their blends. The other products/brands they had there were just as bad, mercury, lead. Dude was shocked. I could see him thinking hard as hell too, probably thinking back on all the shit hes been breathing. Noticing how shitty he feels but couldnt figure out why he was sick. Because poison shillers are using our love of cannabis for personal gain. That shit is poison, and until regulations are in place, NONE of it is trustworthy. The people selling this SHIT do not care about you and me. Shops selling dispensary quality brands/products without a license. I’ve had dispensary’s caught with moldy weed in my state. Just because it’s from a dispensary doesn’t mean the quality is any more safe than from a street dealer.

First off none of this has happened to me or anyone I know that use Delta 8. Second off, some people need this type of stuff to get by in life. I myself am a very depressed person with anger issues, it helps me by keeping me calm and collective. In my normal state of mind, I can't stand people, especially people that just won't leave other people alone, and let them learn for themselves. If your on a drug that fucks up your life and others around you, then that's different. Something would have to be done.
If you were able to get your hands on the real stuff. You would get higher and you wouldn't have to worry about heavy metals. Combine that with a nice herbal vaporizer and it would be ez on the lungs. Then you would have abv (already been vaped) leftover you can smoke later or when you run out to get high twice. Just some tips 👍. I've done real weed and d8 the main differences are real weed gets you higher and d8 was giving me a weird cough I didn't like after a few months of everyday use.

Hey Dr. So I'm new to your channel and wanna say thank you so much for what u are doing, you have put so much confidence back into myself knowing I can over come this. I'm currently 13 days sober from weed and delta 8. My withdrawal part is over I'm just stuck in this brain fog. I smoked delta 8 vapes for like 2 months and noticed my moods and the way I was feeling internal was different from when I smoked weed and the anxiety made me go into a panic attack. So honestly that snapped me into wanting to sober up. I just hope 🙏🏽 I can start having full control of my brain again.

Man doesn't even know how the product is produced, literally claimed it was extraction in his "video from a year ago"🤡 D8 is ALWAYS cbd converted to thc via chemicals. Unless the chemist does their reaction perfectly, and cleans the end product to remove the solvent, you're consuming that, aswell as potential byproducts.

Lab reports for individual delta-8 products usually will show what the heavy metal levels are. Probably best to just use your own discretion on what is safe or not, because not all are equally dangerous.
Currently addicted to delta 8 (and nicotine) used it as a replacement for smoking dispensary TCH I have the next few days off of work and wanted to finally quit. I backslid this morning but have hope for tomorrow.

@@tauhid5167 I tapered off & it was really helpful. I was on concentrates myself and I think it’s better to taper then. I used flower for like 3 days and then used VERY low dose edibles for about two weeks (5mg max). When I cut those out it felt very easy
But you realize if you buy bulk delta 8 distillate and cook it in the glass it comes in, at 400° it’ll turn into delta 9, thru what is called isomerization(rearrangement of molecules) thru a chemical reaction, in this case using heat. Sulfuric acid which is what even the big dogs out in the north west pacific do. Top class brands are thca distilled into delta 9(natural conversion). The rest is chemically sped up because heating takes a bit longer. Weed isn’t that bad. It’s just not for some people. And it’s kinda dumb to smoke stuff if you don’t do research on it. But people go buy cigarettes every day.

I believe I developed psychosis and memory problems from delta 8 used to love the stuff, now just feel sick that I was mislead and just finding out years later, hopefully i did not do permanent damage
I smoked delta 8 for about a year because I couldn’t afford real carts or weed. At about the year mark I started puking and passing out randomly. I had stomach pains I was nauseous randomly my head always hurt and I had body pains etc. over the span of about a month of this I went to the doctor 3 times and they had literally no answers for why my body was doing this (because there’s no research on delta 8 and I didn’t tell them I was smoking it) i was having episodes where I felt actually crazy as nuts as it sounds. My doctor told me I had a psychosis episode more than once but said it was “stress because they don’t know why else” I took it upon myself to stop and after about a month my body detoxed and I was back to my normal self and healthy. It’s a matter of when your body has had enough of these dangerous metals and chemicals. For me it took a year for my body to fully react. I smoke regular weed and I feel happy and stress free with no symptoms AT ALL. I’ll never touch delta 8 again
I was a heavy oil smoker until i started wheezing really bad after I played a set with my band at practice after that I put incident I decided that my lungs were more important than getting high on artificial shit
Today is 9 months my off Delta 8 thc vapes. I was really sick and my ears were ringing loudly (tinnitus). My ears are much better now but they are still ringing. I hope with more time off that it gets even better.

Okay first off Delta 8 isn't synthetic there's just so little of it that they have to use synthetic chemicals to extract it. But then they use the vacuum purging oven to purge the chemicals they used to extract it out of the actual final product. So what you're left with is a natural variant of THC people keep getting that confused and it's starting to really get on my nerves. Secondly I never found any form of cannabis to be addicting to me personally and to be quite frank the scientific community says it's not addicting either and I prefer to believe them.

Nothing in the gas stations or smoke stores is the real deal. Even worse, for teens that these could be pedaled too. I have been smoking delta 8 for a few years. Im noticing a lot of negative effects recently. I always feel very ditzy/air-headed, like I can’t think straight and I’m really forgetful. I need to quit.
I was smoking for 10 years everyday. Not a problem. Then I moved to Florida where it’s illegal. So I saw this “smoke shop” and there was delta 8. I said well let’s try it. So I did. And I felt somewhat “high” but then right away I knew something was wrong. I got lightheaded and passed out. I’ve never been the same since and it’s been 2years. I’ve been watching myself live my own life since then. Only smoke Colorado weed.

I smoked delta 8 once around 2 years ago and haven't touched it since. Yesterday I purchased a demon 200mg d8 gummy from a vape shop. About 1.5 to 2 hrs after ingesting it I had about an hr long episode of tachy-brady syndrome. HR was bouncing from 39 to 160, I was sitting in a chair when this happened resting.
I can't stop smoking that stuff :( I've smoked weed, I'm a recovering alcoholic and delta 8 for some reason is much harder to quit. I had a very painful chest problem and had shortness of breath for a week with no fever and no other symptoms. I'm afraid that this stuff is far worse then the current studies suggest

Your right I just started smoking delta 8 vapes for the past 4 weeks and I get throbs in chest arm head and feel nauseous, especially while the weed I may smoke later in day reactivate the symptoms untill it's out of my body, I m not sure about gummies or delta 8th leave smoke but the screw on vapes been making me feel bad especially if I hit 10 plus hits, I'm done with them now, thanks for info!
While yea smoking isnt good, it helped my mom with her medical issues ( lupus, hokimotto disease etc ) My Nana had stage 3 bone cancer, amd edibles made her go from moaning and crying in pain to talking, LAUGHING, and playing video games until she passed. I remeber when she passed I asked to the skies if she was okay and to please show me a sighn, and on the dot next to her body the lights turned on and off ( lamp is unplugged for ages) Kind of went on a tangent but it helps.
This is a year old video as I type this reply but let me tell ya: I haven't had any bad issues with delta 8. It has only helped me in several ways, especially with depression, insomnia, and anxiety. I haven't experienced any side effects at all other than pure euphoria! I don't like when people try to speak for every individual on the planet. You don't know what everyone goes through! If you abuse anything, it can be a problem and a lot of people abuse these products then it gets a bad rap. I love delta 8 and it should be legal everywhere. Personally, I think that kids get their hands on it and then it becomes a big problem, but that's just my 2 cents.

It is a known fact that supplements like Cinnamon has fullers in them. You are actually getting anywhere between 35-65% Cinnamon. The rest is just a filler substance. Delta 8, 9, 10 and so on or whatever is a chemical compund that is natural only in the plant. Once when it is extracted and processes for a specific product, it is no longer Delta fill innthe blank. It is indeed Delta fill in the blank because the process must have additives. Perhaps theybare not danger dangerous, it did quote that intendedly, but thy can have an adverse affect on the body per individual as maybe 1 out of a thousand can be affected negetivly. Take it from me, the flower is the only way to consume Delta 8 or any number. It is not wise to consume anything else that claims Delta 8 properties such as vape pens or edibles.

There is a very big difference between the Δ-9 derivatives (Δ-8, HHC, HHC-P...) and the fully synthetic cannabinoids used in spice/K2. They are not nearly as dangerous.

Delta 8 is regulated in some places, this logic is just really sloppy. You dont have to buy a cart from a dispensary, they dont typically produce them. They buy them whole sale from established conpanies. If you buy delta 8 from these conpanies thst also produce delta 9 pens therrs virtually no difference. The chemical makeup of these variants are not all of a sudden introducing harmful chemicals, its the process done by comanies who want a quick buck.

There are literally just as many “legit” companies I used products from in Colorado that were legal there that got shut down…because their testing was not done properly, they had additives not listed etc. I do my own research and have 3 separate places I go to that absolutely will not sell have products their entire staff have not used, as well as only carrying products they are immediately given FULL COAs on. People should do their own research on what they use, because even companies in fully legal states are dropping the ball.

I mean , don’t smoke anything first of all. But d8 edibles made in my town locally have worked wonders for my depression, anxiety, sleep disorder, blood pressure, OCD, and arthritis. The only “drugs” I’ve ever done, were prescribed pharmaceuticals up to this point, so not an addict, or trying to replace any vice. It just works. Kentucky literally regulated Delta 8 this year... cannaclear is in KY and they constantly update their coas. I've had over 10 surgeries on my stomach and bladder and if it were not for delta 8 i dont know if i would be in the shape i am today. This stuff legit saved my life.
That's where I buy mine and have never had an issue. I can make my own edibles, tinctures, smoke or vape it for under $1 a gram. I think people only run into problems when they buy premade stuff from random shops.

Even if you get Delta 9 (the THC everyone knows and loves) from an unreliable source it can be dangerous. Maybe I'm just lucky, but I have an extremely addictive personality, and was a blackout drunk for 13+ years, going on 3 years alcohol free, but I still smoke. I've never once in my life had a withdraw, hangover, headache, or any sort of problem with THC. Reading these comments opened my eyes to how it does affect some people. To those people I say, I wish you the best, and I hope you can conquer your addiction! But please realize, regardless if it's Delta 8 or Delta 9, one is not inherently 'worse' then the other.

Delta 9 THC is the THC that we are all used to getting high on. Although there are sketchy CBD & Delta 8 THC companies that aren’t testing for harmful residuals you MUST check your product & do your own research on the company. The government just wants control of the common dollar like always.
Yes, d8 is naturally occuring, but in tiny amounts, the vast majority of the products out now start out as cbd and have god knows what used to convert it into d8 via chemical reactions. Looking through lab results for the past year+ (because im a high ass bored adhd guy... Waste a LOT of time...) Ive seen heavy metals in some form in nearly every d8 or likewise product. The diamonds, the sauces, even in edibles. Theres a company called space gods (at nearly every gas station i go to in my state) whos labs openly show the presence of lead in their basic gummies, but they have these nerds clusters knock offs that have arsenic, mercury, AND lead in em. Theres this hemp store IN A MALL near me, they literally have a whole store, not just a kiosk. with a selection of vape/smokable products, i went through with the worker and showed them how to find the lab results, and wouldnt you know it, all of their products had dangerous shit in them. Their biggest product line is a company called mellow fellow, every product they had from them had nickel present in the lab results, specifically in the thc-p and h4cbd they use in their blends. The other products/brands they had there were just as bad, mercury, lead. Dude was shocked. I could see him thinking hard as hell too, probably thinking back on all the shit hes been breathing. Noticing how shitty he feels but couldnt figure out why he was sick. Because poison shillers are using our love of cannabis for personal gain.

Shops selling dispensary quality brands/products without a license. I’ve had dispensary’s caught with moldy weed in my state. Just because it’s from a dispensary doesn’t mean the quality is any more safe than from a street dealer.

First off none of this has happened to me or anyone I know that use Delta 8. Second off, some people need this type of stuff to get by in life. I myself am a very depressed person with anger issues, it helps me by keeping me calm and collective. In my normal state of mind, I can't stand people, especially people that just won't leave other people alone, and let them learn for themselves. If your on a drug that fucks up your life and others around you, then that's different. Something would have to be done.
If you were able to get your hands on the real stuff. You would get higher and you wouldn't have to worry about heavy metals. Combine that with a nice herbal vaporizer and it would be ez on the lungs. Then you would have abv (already been vaped) leftover you can smoke later or when you run out to get high twice. Just some tips 👍. I've done real weed and d8 the main differences are real weed gets you higher and d8 was giving me a weird cough I didn't like after a few months of everyday use.

My withdrawal part is over I'm just stuck in this brain fog.
I smoked delta 8 vapes for like 2 months and noticed my moods and the way I was feeling internal was different from when I smoked weed and the anxiety made me go into a panic attack. So honestly that snapped me into wanting to sober up.

Unless the chemist does their reaction perfectly, and cleans the end product to remove the solvent, you're consuming that, aswell as potential byproducts.

Lab reports for individual delta-8 products usually will show what the heavy metal levels are. Probably best to just use your own discretion on what is safe or not, because not all are equally dangerous.

But you realize if you buy bulk delta 8 distillate and cook it in the glass it comes in, at 400° it’ll turn into delta 9, thru what is called isomerization(rearrangement of molecules) thru a chemical reaction, in this case using heat. Sulfuric acid which is what even the big dogs out in the north west pacific do. Top class brands are thca distilled into delta 9(natural conversion). The rest is chemically sped up because heating takes a bit longer.

I smoked delta 8 for about a year because I couldn’t afford real carts or weed. At about the year mark I started puking and passing out randomly. I had stomach pains I was nauseous randomly my head always hurt and I had body pains etc. over the span of about a month of this I went to the doctor 3 times and they had literally no answers for why my body was doing this (because there’s no research on delta 8 and I didn’t tell them I was smoking it) i was having episodes where I felt actually crazy as nuts as it sounds. My doctor told me I had a psychosis episode more than once but said it was “stress because they don’t know why else” I took it upon myself to stop and after about a month my body detoxed and I was back to my normal self and healthy. It’s a matter of when your body has had enough of these dangerous metals and chemicals. For me it took a year for my body to fully react. I smoke regular weed and I feel happy and stress free with no symptoms AT ALL. I’ll never touch delta 8 again

Okay first off Delta 8 isn't synthetic there's just so little of it that they have to use synthetic chemicals to extract it. But then they use the vacuum purging oven to purge the chemicals they used to extract it out of the actual final product. So what you're left with is a natural variant of THC people keep getting that confused and it's starting to really get on my nerves. Secondly I never found any form of cannabis to be addicting to me personally and to be quite frank the scientific community says it's not addicting either and I prefer to believe them.

Nothing in the gas stations or smoke stores is the real deal. Even worse, for teens that these could be pedaled too. It's probably not pure delta 8, wasting their money and definently their futures since it is also treated (if found on them in oil form) as delta 9 (felony) until cleared via testing which then is too late, much of the damage has been done on their immediate futures (if trying to get into college, etc). Not safe and too many cons all around.

I smoked delta 8 once around 2 years ago and haven't touched it since. Yesterday I purchased a demon 200mg d8 gummy from a vape shop. About 1.5 to 2 hrs after ingesting it I had about an hr long episode of tachy-brady syndrome. HR was bouncing from 39 to 160, I was sitting in a chair when this happened resting.

I had a very painful chest problem and had shortness of breath for a week with no fever and no other symptoms. I'm afraid that this stuff is far worse then the current studies suggest

This is a year old video as I type this reply but let me tell ya: I haven't had any bad issues with delta 8. It has only helped me in several ways, especially with depression, insomnia, and anxiety. I haven't experienced any side effects at all other than pure euphoria! I don't like when people try to speak for every individual on the planet. You don't know what everyone goes through! If you abuse anything, it can be a problem and a lot of people abuse these products then it gets a bad rap. I love delta 8 and it should be legal everywhere. Personally, I think that kids get their hands on it and then it becomes a big problem, but that's just my 2 cents.

Oh yeah. I remember this. He was actually telling the truth. I mean, how do we know is what something say it is? Take supplements for example, particularly herbal capsules... It is a known fact that supplements like Cinnamon has fullers in them. You are actually getting anywhere between 35-65% Cinnamon. The rest is just a filler substance. Delta 8, 9, 10 and so on or whatever is a chemical compund that is natural only in the plant. Once when it is extracted and processes for a specific product, it is no longer Delta fill innthe blank. It is indeed Delta fill in the blank because the process must have additives. Perhaps theybare not danger dangerous, it did quote that intendedly, but thy can have an adverse affect on the body per individual as maybe 1 out of a thousand can be affected negetivly. Take it from me, the flower is the only way to consume Delta 8 or any number. It is not wise to consume anything else that claims Delta 8 properties such as vape pens or edibles.

There is a very big difference between the Δ-9 derivatives (Δ-8, HHC, HHC-P...) and the fully synthetic cannabinoids used in spice/K2. They are not nearly as dangerous.

Delta 8 is regulated in some places, this logic is just really sloppy. You dont have to buy a cart from a dispensary, they dont typically produce them. They buy them whole sale from established conpanies. If you buy delta 8 from these conpanies thst also produce delta 9 pens therrs virtually no difference. The chemical makeup of these variants are not all of a sudden introducing harmful chemicals, its the process done by comanies who want a quick buck.

There are literally just as many “legit” companies I used products from in Colorado that were legal there that got shut down…because their testing was not done properly, they had additives not listed etc.
I do my own research and have 3 separate places I go to that absolutely will not sell have products their entire staff have not used, as well as only carrying products they are immediately given FULL COAs on.
People should do their own research on what they use, because even companies in fully legal states are dropping the ball.

I’m not gonna bash you but your both incorrect all delta 8 and all other distillates as you called them are nothing but the different chemical properties that make up the hemp plant when you smoke regular weed your still consuming all the other distillates they are just much weaker cause the breeders and growers breed for higher or lower thc properties. Same thing as wax flour and edibles it’s the same things just different forms and certain compounds are targeted for a higher or lower potency
