Arrogance and ego are the common reason that stops a person recognising the truth. Alhumdulilah the first part of proclamation of faith is the antidote to ego: La illaha illallah = It means that other than God, let no other thing be worshipped as God.
This statement negates one’s ego. That is why Muslims repeat it often throughout their day.

The Christian excuse for Matthew 15:24 is that he said he was only sent for Jews to get rid of the women mentioned Matthew 15:23. So (1) He is a liar or (2) He meant what he said.
I guess its arrogance but I think its more to Pride cause they don't want to lose face. Especially in public or even in private with another person. Its not easy to say you're wrong especially when you're in public AND in a group you know. For most humble people especially former arrogant ppl who ate a lot of humble pies in their life, its easy to say it but generally, most people can't. Takes a lot of effort for them to even whisper it.

I was born in Norway same place as these people. When i moved away from norway in 2005. Norwegians mostly was atheist and humanistic. Christian are rare in norge/norway.
After all that to not leave Christianity and search for truth truly is bewildering and all l can say is the heart is sealed the eyes don't see and the brain doesn't comprehend. I truly ask Allah to open your senses to see what is the truth ameen.

إِذْ قَالَ اللَّهُ يَا عِيسَى ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ اذْكُرْ نِعْمَتِي عَلَيْكَ وَعَلَىٰ وَالِدَتِكَ إِذْ أَيَّدْتُكَ بِرُوحِ الْقُدُسِ تُكَلِّمُ النَّاسَ فِي الْمَهْدِ وَكَهْلًا ۖ وَإِذْ عَلَّمْتُكَ الْكِتَابَ وَالْحِكْمَةَ وَالتَّوْرَاةَ وَالْإِنْجِيلَ ۖ وَإِذْ تَخْلُقُ مِنَ الطِّينِ كَهَيْئَةِ الطَّيْرِ بِإِذْنِي فَتَنْفُخُ فِيهَا فَتَكُونُ طَيْرًا بِإِذْنِي ۖ وَتُبْرِئُ الْأَكْمَهَ وَالْأَبْرَصَ بِإِذْنِي ۖ وَإِذْ تُخْرِجُ الْمَوْتَىٰ بِإِذْنِي ۖ وَإِذْ كَفَفْتُ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ عَنْكَ إِذْ جِئْتَهُمْ بِالْبَيِّنَاتِ فَقَالَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا مِنْهُمْ إِنْ هَٰذَا إِلَّا سِحْرٌ مُبِينٌ
Then will Allah say: "O Jesus the son of Mary! Recount My favour to thee and to thy mother. Behold! I strengthened thee with the holy spirit, so that thou didst speak to the people in childhood and in maturity. Behold! I taught thee the Book and Wisdom, the Law and the Gospel and behold! thou makest out of clay, as it were, the figure of a bird, by My leave, and thou breathest into it and it becometh a bird by My leave, and thou healest those born blind, and the lepers, by My leave. And behold! thou bringest forth the dead by My leave. And behold! I did restrain the Children of Israel from (violence to) thee when thou didst show them the clear Signs, and the unbelievers among them said: 'This is nothing but evident magic.'

وَإِذْ أَوْحَيْتُ إِلَى الْحَوَارِيِّينَ أَنْ آمِنُوا بِي وَبِرَسُولِي قَالُوا آمَنَّا وَاشْهَدْ بِأَنَّنَا مُسْلِمُونَ
"And behold! I inspired the disciples to have faith in Me and Mine Messenger: they said, 'We have faith, and do thou bear witness that we bow to Allah as Muslims'".
👉 *Chapter 5 The Table Spread سورة المائدة - Al-Maeda: Verse 112*
إِذْ قَالَ الْحَوَارِيُّونَ يَا عِيسَى ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ هَلْ يَسْتَطِيعُ رَبُّكَ أَنْ يُنَزِّلَ عَلَيْنَا مَائِدَةً مِنَ السَّمَاءِ ۖ قَالَ اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ مُؤْمِنِينَ
Behold! the disciples, said: "O Jesus the son of Mary! can thy Lord send down to us a table set (with viands) from heaven?" Said Jesus: "Fear Allah, if ye have faith."
👉 *Chapter 5 The Table Spread سورة المائدة - Al-Maeda: Verse 113*
قَالُوا نُرِيدُ أَنْ نَأْكُلَ مِنْهَا وَتَطْمَئِنَّ قُلُوبُنَا وَنَعْلَمَ أَنْ قَدْ صَدَقْتَنَا وَنَكُونَ عَلَيْهَا مِنَ الشَّاهِدِينَ
They said: "We only wish to eat thereof and satisfy our hearts, and to know that thou hast indeed told us the truth; and that we ourselves may be witnesses to the miracle."
👉 *Chapter 5 The Table Spread سورة المائدة - Al-Maeda: Verse 114*
قَالَ عِيسَى ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّنَا أَنْزِلْ عَلَيْنَا مَائِدَةً مِنَ السَّمَاءِ تَكُونُ لَنَا عِيدًا لِأَوَّلِنَا وَآخِرِنَا وَآيَةً مِنْكَ ۖ وَارْزُقْنَا وَأَنْتَ خَيْرُ الرَّازِقِينَ
Said Jesus the son of Mary: "O Allah our Lord! Send us from heaven a table set (with viands), that there may be for us - for the first and the last of us - a solemn festival and a sign from thee; and provide for our sustenance, for thou art the best Sustainer (of our needs)."
👉 *Chapter 5 The Table Spread سورة المائدة - Al-Maeda: Verse 115*
قَالَ اللَّهُ إِنِّي مُنَزِّلُهَا عَلَيْكُمْ ۖ فَمَنْ يَكْفُرْ بَعْدُ مِنْكُمْ فَإِنِّي أُعَذِّبُهُ عَذَابًا لَا أُعَذِّبُهُ أَحَدًا مِنَ الْعَالَمِينَ
Allah said: "I will send it down unto you: But if any of you after that resisteth faith, I will punish him with a penalty such as I have not inflicted on any one among all the peoples."
👉 *Chapter 5 The Table Spread سورة المائدة - Al-Maeda: Verse 116*
وَإِذْ قَالَ اللَّهُ يَا عِيسَى ابْنَ مَرْيَمَ أَأَنْتَ قُلْتَ لِلنَّاسِ اتَّخِذُونِي وَأُمِّيَ إِلَٰهَيْنِ مِنْ دُونِ اللَّهِ ۖ قَالَ سُبْحَانَكَ مَا يَكُونُ لِي أَنْ أَقُولَ مَا لَيْسَ لِي بِحَقٍّ ۚ إِنْ كُنْتُ قُلْتُهُ فَقَدْ عَلِمْتَهُ ۚ تَعْلَمُ مَا فِي نَفْسِي وَلَا أَعْلَمُ مَا فِي نَفْسِكَ ۚ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ عَلَّامُ الْغُيُوبِ
And behold! Allah will say: "O Jesus the son of Mary! Didst thou say unto men, worship me and my mother as gods in derogation of Allah'?" He will say: "Glory to Thee! never could I say what I had no right (to say). Had I said such a thing, thou wouldst indeed have known it. Thou knowest what is in my heart, Thou I know not what is in Thine. For Thou knowest in full all that is hidden.
👉 *Chapter 5 The Table Spread سورة المائدة - Al-Maeda: Verse 117*
مَا قُلْتُ لَهُمْ إِلَّا مَا أَمَرْتَنِي بِهِ أَنِ اعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ رَبِّي وَرَبَّكُمْ ۚ وَكُنْتُ عَلَيْهِمْ شَهِيدًا مَا دُمْتُ فِيهِمْ ۖ فَلَمَّا تَوَفَّيْتَنِي كُنْتَ أَنْتَ الرَّقِيبَ عَلَيْهِمْ ۚ وَأَنْتَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ شَهِيدٌ
"Never said I to them aught except what Thou didst command me to say, to wit, 'worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord'; and I was a witness over them whilst I dwelt amongst them; when Thou didst take me up Thou wast the Watcher over them, and Thou art a witness to all things.
👉 *Chapter 5 The Table Spread سورة المائدة - Al-Maeda: Verse 118*
إِنْ تُعَذِّبْهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ عِبَادُكَ ۖ وَإِنْ تَغْفِرْ لَهُمْ فَإِنَّكَ أَنْتَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ
"If Thou dost punish them, they are Thy servant: If Thou dost forgive them, Thou art the Exalted in power, the Wise."
👉 *Chapter 5 The Table Spread سورة المائدة - Al-Maeda: Verse 119*
قَالَ اللَّهُ هَٰذَا يَوْمُ يَنْفَعُ الصَّادِقِينَ صِدْقُهُمْ ۚ لَهُمْ جَنَّاتٌ تَجْرِي مِنْ تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَارُ خَالِدِينَ فِيهَا أَبَدًا ۚ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ وَرَضُوا عَنْهُ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيمُ
Allah will say: "This is a day on which the truthful will profit from their truth: theirs are gardens, with rivers flowing beneath,- their eternal Home: Allah well-pleased with them, and they with Allah: That is the great salvation, (the fulfilment of all desires).
👉 *Chapter 5 The Table Spread سورة المائدة - Al-Maeda: Verse 120*
لِلَّهِ مُلْكُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَمَا فِيهِنَّ ۚ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
To Allah doth belong the dominion of the heavens and the earth, and all that is therein, and it is He Who hath power over all things.

Outmost respect. Just a thought, maybe should've added some indications of things that have happened or are going to happen from the Quran. Maybe that would've intrigued them even more. Jazakallah. Hope Allah blesses all of us and gives us hadyah.

These parts are, *My Soul, My Heart, My blood.* Now notice how can we solve that nightmarish confusion that's hunting the Christians all over the world.
Simply, *MY SOUL BY ITSELF IS NOT SHADY, MY HEART BY ITSELF IS NOT SHADY AND MY BLOOD BY ITSELF IS NOT SHADY!* The 3 parts makes Shady, but *NONE OF THEM ON ITS OWN MAKES SHADY!* Makes sense? If I dared to say that I'm Shady, my soul is Shady, my heart is Shady and my blood is Shady, *THEN WE HAVE 4 SHADY!* Makes sense again? You've got two issues that you'll need to face whether you chose to make them 1 God or 3 gods.
👉 If you said the 3 are forming one God, which is what you say when you wanna switch the table to abide by the 10 Commandments, *then your 3 gods simply died on the cross* since the 3 are one. Looking at the example I gave above, I can't live without my heart or blood, in the absence of any of these parts I'm done and totaled. The universe maintained itself in the absence of your God? How can that happen when everything relies on His Existence? How to be God and die at the same time, and who gave him his life back?
👉 And if you said they are 3 gods then you are shooting your own leg *contradicting the 10 Commandments* that there is only ONE God.
💥 *Now YOU KNOW WHY DO THEY TEACH YOU IN CHURCHES THAT THE FATHER IS GOD, THE SON IS GOD, THE HOLY SPIRIT IS GOD, BUT THEY ARE NOT 3 GODS BUT ONE GOD!* So they would avoid breaking the 10 Commandments and tell you "Hey, notice that we are worshiping only One God, we are cute", and if you are smart enough to detect that if the 3 makes one god *THEN YOUR ONLY ONE GOD DIED ON THE CROSS,* they will tell you "Hey, they are 3 gods" and the loop would continue and it will never end!
👉👉 This is simply called digging your own grave on both sides, left you fall, right you fall, but you try to act smart walking in the middle which is against the rules. Remember, stick to a corner my friend and stop running in the ring from one side to the other whenever it suits you, this is hide and seek, not boxing :).

The amount of research Br Hashim has put into his work is amazing, and the evidence is clear. He clearly debunks any point a Christian points to regarding their Bible and The trinity, and they are always left stumped on every point regarding their own beliefs unable to answer.
