I like your version of the Tic tac toe game very much. Thanks for sharing the video.
I prefer another way of making wooden O's (rings)
I have a drill press and put a double hole saw in it (one smaller and one larger diameter)
If you don't have a drill press you can try it with a normal drill as well.

This is a very nice game board. The only thing I would do different is to use a hole saw for the O's
