Sendo que o tamanho do alcance e o quantos % vc poderia parar o tempo dentro desse espaço, iria depender da qualidade dele. Com os mais fracos, seria possivel até termos um tepo de resposta. E se caso eu uso o meu para entrar no dominio do outro, nos ficamos com a mesma velocidade, mas se o meu conseguisse para o tempo com mais % que do meu adiversário, eu iria ficar mais rapido. Andei pensando nisso a uns dias atrás e o mais aceitável pela realidade teriam que ser configurados assim. Mas penso que seja muito difícil fazer isso, ainda mais em pouco tempo.
